Now Is the Time to Take Action: The Battle Between Good and Evil Is Being Waged

(Minghui.org) After reading the newly published Minghui editorial article, I am even more sure of what I should do. We must be clear about what's required of us. During this special time Falun Dafa practitioners are not in the stage of self-cultivation. Instead we are closely linked to the Fa-rectification process so we cannot treat the situation as though we were bystanders.

Master said, 

“If you really encounter some very bad people or horrendous things, when major matters of principle are involved such as murder or arson, and you ignore them, then I would say your xinxing is poor. It’s to see how you handle things. ” (“Teaching the Fa and Answering Questions in Guangzhou,” Zhuan Falun Fajie - The Law of Zhuan Falun Explained) 

Negative forces are controlling the world now and they are trying to destroy mankind. The battle between the good and the evil is being waged around us and we practitioners cannot view the situation from the viewpoint of a person who is in the stage of self-cultivation.

We have the honor and title, “Dafa Practitioners of the Fa Rectification Period,” so we must fulfill our responsibilities and complete our mission. We must be clear about our relationship with the Fa-rectification process, step into our role as Falun Dafa practitioners and actively join this battle between good and evil. We must send forth strong righteous thoughts to annihilate the evil old forces which are trying to destroy all sentient beings.

Master said, 

“This Great Fa of the cosmos is to leave for sentient beings at different levels in different periods of history a reference for when problems occur in different periods at different levels, and is to leave for beings ways of handling all kinds of situations that occur at different times in history. That is, all the types of problems that manifest today are references being left to history. The manifestations are complicated and they seem random, but in fact they’re very well ordered. They’re being left for history [to demonstrate] how problems that will occur in different periods in the future should be handled. So if the evil has reached the point of being no longer savable, how to handle it isn’t a question of one’s personal cultivation—it is guarding the Fa of the cosmos. When necessary one can use different abilities of different levels to eliminate it.” (“Teaching the Fa at the 2001 Canada Fa Conference,” Guiding the Voyage)

We are responsible for upholding positive elements so we need to bring out the side of us which has already completed cultivation so we can rectify the Fa. This is my understanding based on my current level of cultivation.
