(Minghui.org) The Epoch Times published the book, the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party in 2005. To help people understand the true nature of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), I asked my husband to take me to a remote village, where I would distribute the books.
My husband waited for me on the side of the road. He told me not to talk to anyone with a cellular phone, because he was worried people might call the police to turn me in, and I agreed.
Walking along the road, I passed a girl who was looking at her phone. I remembered my husband’s warning, so I did not talk to her.
I later saw a man and a woman in their 40s. I approached them to clarify the facts about the CCP, and to give them the book, Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party, and other truth-clarification materials.
They accepted the materials. and began to read them. Shortly after, a man in his 40s walked out of the cornfield, while his teenage twin daughters were still standing in the field.
He shouted at me, “What are you doing?! Where is your identification (ID) card?” The man and the woman told him I was a Falun Dafa practitioner.
He grabbed my arm, and I handed him a copy of the Nine Commentaries and suggested that he learn the facts. However, he picked up the phone and wanted to call the police.
I said, “Turning me in is not good for either you or your daughters.” I then asked for Teacher Li's help in my heart, “Teacher, I am in trouble. Please protect me.”
The man then released my arm, and I walked a couple of steps away from him. He asked me, “Where are you going?” as if nothing had happened.
I know that Teacher Li had saved me, and disintegrated the evil which was controlling that man. After the incident, I looked inward to find the cause of the problem.
Teacher said:
“The old forces don't dare to oppose our clarifying the truth or saving sentient beings. What's key is to not let them take advantage of the gaps in your state of mind when you do things.” (“Teaching the Fa at the 2002 Fa Conference in Boston,” Collected Fa Teachings, Vol. II)
I realized that I had listened to my husband's suggestion of not talking with people who were carrying a cellular phone. This thought of concern was a human attachment, and the old forces took advantage of the loophole to harm me.
I went out to clarify the truth about Falun Dafa during the spring of 2015. I soon arrived in a vast field of short crops.
After talking to two people, I continued to ride forward. However, I suddenly fell on the ground and the motorbike hit my right calf. I felt excruciating pain, and I noticed a bone misplacement underneath my knee. I pressed it down and quickly recited the Fa, “The Fa rectifies the Cosmos; the Evil is completely eliminated.” (“The Two Hand Positions for Sending Forth Righteous Thoughts,” Essentials for Further Advancement II)
I wanted to stand up, but could not feel my leg. I asked Teacher to help me stand up. Suddenly, I could feel my leg again and I stood up to push the motorbike. However, I could not bend my knee. With Teacher’s help, I rode the motorbike back home and continued delivering the Shen Yun DVDs to people. After this accident, it seemed I was no longer afraid of clarifying the facts in crowded areas.
On the way home, I talked to many people and gave them the Shen Yun DVDs. They accepted the DVDs without any problem.
I lived on the third floor and it was very difficult to climb the stairs. My leg turned purple and became more stiff and painful the next day.
Inspired by a program on a Shen Yun DVD, I was confident I would be blessed by the Heavenly Beings and recover soon. Despite suffering great pain, I insisted on doing the five exercises in the morning.
I did not regard myself as an injured person, and after four days I went out to clarify the facts again, although I could not walk well. A practitioner told me that ordinary people would take at least six months to recover, but I completely recovered within about 20 days.
Teacher said that nothing is a coincidence on our cultivation journey. I was wondering what I did wrong for the evil to take advantage of the loophole and persecute me.
I thought about how I said unkind words a few days prior to my 87-year-old mother, who was living with my sister. My sister had a heart attack and was taken to the hospital.
I thought that both of them did not get along, so my mother made my sister mad and caused her to have sudden heart problems. However, at that time, I did not know that my mother already had cerebellar atrophy, which was discovered after an examination.
I regretted my bad attitude towards my mother. I didn’t conduct myself as a cultivator. I didn’t respect my mother and behaved worse than ordinary people, so I received retribution and had a bad fall. Compassionate Teacher saved me and helped me get well.
I regretted how I treated my mother and felt hurt when thinking about my wrong attitude towards her. Through this accident, I realized that cultivators must solidly follow the Fa.
I distributed the Minghui calendars in December 2019. Upon arriving at a road junction with villages to the west and an avenue to the east, I encountered two men in their 60s standing beside the road. I walked over to hand them the Minghui calendars.
One of them accepted it but the other refused and warned me about a police officer nearby. I turned my head and saw a policeman in his 60’s sitting in a police car.
Without hesitation, I delivered the Minghui calendar and a fact clarifying brochure to him. I felt those police officers should know the truth as well, regardless of their profession.
He accepted the materials. After the officer accepted the materials, the old man changed his mind and also accepted the calendar.
I was about to leave by heading eastbound to the main road. However, the police officer said, “Don’t go east. Nobody lives in that direction. Take the west to go to the village and deliver the facts to the people.”
