(Minghui.org) Some practitioners' human attachments were stirred up as the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) began executing its Zero-Out Campaign. The campaign aims to force Falun Dafa practitioners on the CCP’s blacklist to renounce their faith. Some practitioners remained unmoved and uplifted their cultivation levels by refusing to comply with their demands. Others were frightened and were guided by their human thinking. I hope the two following stories will inspire us to remain steadfast so we can fulfill our missions.

One day a few staff from the township government and the head of the village committee came to Ms. Xiufang’s (pseudonym) home and urged her to sign the statements that defame Falun Dafa and to renounce it. They said they would cross her name off the list and would stop bothering her, “Your name will be removed,” they said. Ms. Xiufang immediately responded, “That won’t do. My name must be among Falun Dafa practitioners.” She then explained many facts about Falun Dafa to them. They left.

Staff from the town government and village CCP secretary came to Mr. Dahai's (pseudonym) home twice, trying to force him to renounce Falun Dafa. When they left he wrote down what they said and did and submitted it to Minghui.org, which published his report. The third time they came, they brought gifts. They told him, “Please accept our gifts. Don't write about our visit.”

Some practitioners are truly terrified whenever the CCP tries to persecute them. This human reaction manifests because they forget they are cultivators. They did not realize it was an opportunity to save the people who came to persecute them and improve their own levels. Their fundamental faith in Master and Dafa is shallow. The CCP uses the Zero-Out Campaign to threaten and intimidate them. Instead of being afraid, we can use this to “zero-out” our human attachments, to clarify the truth to people who still don’t understand the facts and zero-out the number of people who don’t know the truth. Wouldn’t that be great?

We should change our human notions. Instead of being frightened, we should have compassion for these poor people who are poisoned by the CCP’s lies. We should use this opportunity to save them in an upright and dignified manner.
