(Minghui.org) As a Falun Dafa practitioner, one understands that nothing happens by chance. There are always reasons behind an event that one might not understand at the time. As long as we can look within for shortcomings and abide by the principles of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance, miracles will happen. I would like to share a couple of my stories.

On July 1, 2019, a car lost control and hit me on the street. My left leg and several of my ribs were fractured. After the X-ray, the orthopedic doctor decided to do surgery, but it would cost 70,000 yuan. I told the driver that I was a Falun Dafa practitioner and that I would be alright if I went home. I said that way I would save him the cost of the surgery.

I did the Falun Dafa exercises and studied the teachings every day after I got home. I stood mainly on my right leg and the pain was excruciating, but I did not slack off. With Master's reinforcement, I recovered completely within a month.

When I went back to the hospital for a checkup, the orthopedic doctor was dumbfounded: “Falun Dafa is superb! It's a miracle!” I told the medical staff how wonderful Falun Dafa is and why the communist regime is persecuting it. I urged them to quit the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and not side with them. Several doctors and nurses quit the CCP and its youth organizations that day.

Later, when the driver and his family came to visit me, they were all amazed that I'd recovered with such speed. They all quit the CCP and related organizations as well.

I was hit by another car in March this year. I immediately lost control of my bladder and could not get up. I asked the driver to help me up. He was very worried and suggested we go to a hospital. I told him that I was a Falun Dafa practitioner and that I would be fine; I would not go to the hospital. I told him about the persecution and persuaded him to quit the CCP and related organizations.

My daughter was working out of town, and I did not tell her about my accident. After I got home, my back hurt horribly. I was thirsty and hungry, but I could not keep food down. My stomach was distended and painful. My brother and nephew forced me to go to the hospital, and the X-ray showed significant damage to my spine. The orthopedic surgeon wanted to hospitalize me for surgery. He stated that if the bone pressed on the nerve, I would be paralyzed. He was right that it would be that way for ordinary people. But I am a Dafa practitioner. I believe in Master and Dafa.

Master told us:

“When disciples have ample righteous thoughtsMaster has the power to turn back the tide.” (“The Master-Disciple Bond,” Hong Yin Vol. II, Translation Version A)

I asked my brother and nephew to take me home, and later, fellow practitioners came to visit me.

With Master's arrangement, a fellow practitioner took me to her home. We studied the Dafa teachings and did the exercises each day. Even though I sweat from the pain, I endured it and did all the exercises. I could feel Master's reinforcement during the process.

The fellow practitioner was very attentive to me and my care. After ten days, I was able to take care of myself. Sixteen days later, I walked out onto the street again to bring awareness of the persecution to people.

When one practices a righteous Fa, one will inevitably run into tribulations as one pays off karmic debts accrued from past lives. The key is how we cultivate our heart in the process. Meanwhile, Master is looking after us and protecting us all the time. Without Master’s protection, we wouldn’t be able to cultivate.

Master told us:

“Amidst truth and falsehood, enlightening is important.” (“Enlightenment,” Essentials for Further Advancement)

I will cultivate according to the Fa teachings, abide by the principles of Dafa, meet the requirements of Dafa, and be kind and considerate of others. I only count on Master for his protection and reinforcement.

I am deeply grateful for Master's saving grace. I will diligently cultivate and save more sentient beings. I will not let Master down.
