Mr. Cui Jianlong from Caozhuang Township, Jize County was arrested by officers from the Caozhuang Township Police Station on the afternoon of December 3, 2019. His home was ransacked. His whereabouts are unknown.

Ms. Ping Dingrui of Sheqi County was arrested by officers from the Sheqi County Domestic Security Division and the local police station in early December 2019. The police confiscated some of her belongings, including Falun Gong books.

4. [Shuangyashan City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Wu Yuexia and Ms. Wang Yuping Sentenced to Prison

Ms. Wu Yuexia and Ms. Wang Yuping were each sentenced to one year in prison on December 10, 2019 by the Jianshan Court in Shuangyashan City.

5. [Qingyuan County, Liaoning Province] Mr. Du Peizhi and Other Practitioners Arrested

Practitioners from Nankouqian Town, including Mr. Du Peizhi, Mr. Wang Yugui, Ms. Jia Changling, Ms. Qi Yunxia, Mr. Zhao Minggui, and Mr. Yu Huicai, were arrested by officers from the Nanqiankou Town Police Station on December 4, 2019. Their homes were ransacked, and their belongings, including Falun Gong books, were confiscated. They were taken to the police station for interrogation. Mr. Du, Mr. Wang, Mr. Zhao, and Mr. Yu were released that night. Ms. Jia and Ms. Qi were detained for 14 days at the Fushun City Detention Center.

6. [Yushu City, Jilin Province] Additional News on Arrested Practitioners, including Ms. Chai Xiuzhi

When Ms. Chai Xiuzhi, Mr. Xu Jianbo, Mr. Xu Hongkai, and Ms. Meng Xianfang went to Ms. Gao Shuling’s home in Gongpeng Township on December 2, 2019, their car was tracked and located by police. Officers from the Domestic Security Division and the Gongpeng Town Police Station, including director Li Zhi, arrested the practitioners. Ms. Gao’s Falun Gong books were confiscated, and Ms. Gao was detained for five days. Officers from the Domestic Security Division took Ms. Cai’s Falun Gong books and computer from her home. Mr. Xu Jianbo and Ms. Meng were held at a detention center.

7. [Fuyuan City, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Tan Mingcheng Arrested

Mr. Tan Mingcheng was arrested at work on the morning of December 14, 2019 by officers from the Political and Security Sector of the Fuyuan City Police Department, Domestic Security head Chai Jinlin, and others. He is being held at the Fuyuan City Second Police Station.

8. [Tianjin] Mr. Zhao De’en Sentenced to Six Months in Prison

Mr. Zhao De’en, in his 70s, from the Wuqing District, was sentenced to six months in prison after he went to the Dongpukou Police Station on December 13, 2019.

9. [Liaoyuan City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Zhang Hui Sentenced to Prison

Ms. Zhang Hui was arrested in early September, 2019. She was tried by the Longshan District Court and sentenced to a year in prison in December 2019.

10. [Jing County, Hebei Province] Ms. Cui Xizeng and Other Practitioners Arrested

Ms. Cui Xizeng, Ms. Xue Xiurong, and Ms. Han Fengrong from Jing County were arrested by officers from the Guangchuan Town Police Station on the morning of December 11, 2019. They were talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong in Hequ Open Market in Guangchuan Town. Their homes were ransacked. Ms. Cui is being held at Jing County Detention Center. Ms. Xue and Ms. Han are being held at Hengshui Detention Center.

Ms. Yang Sufang, in her sixties, Ms. Liu Dezhen, in her sixties, Ms. Wang Suying, in her seventies, Ms. Liu Sufang, in her sixties, and Ms. He were arrested in Chuanzhong Grand Market and taken to Jiahe Police Station on November 28, 2019. Ms. Yang, Ms. Wang, and Ms. He were released that afternoon. Ms. Liu Sufang and Ms. Liu Dezhen were detained for five days in Yongxing Detention Center.
