1. [Holingol City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region] Ms. Yang Hui Detained; Ms. Zhou Liying Held in Prison

Ms. Yang Hui was reported to the authorities and arrested when she talked to people about Falun Gong in mid-December 2019. She was detained for 15 days.

Ms. Zhou Liying was arrested when she talked to people about Falun Gong. She was later sentenced to three years in prison. She is being held in Inner Mongolia No. 1 Women’s Prison.

2. [Laishui County, Hebei Province] Ms. Dong Yanjun Sentenced to Prison

Ms. Dong Yanjun was given a one-year prison term, and taken to Jizhong Prison.

3. [Gongyi City, Henan Province] Ms. Pang Aiping Held in Detention Center

Ms. Pang Aiping was arrested by officers from the Xicun Police Station on the morning of December 24, 2019. She is being held in Zhengzhou City No. 3 Detention Center, and family visits have been denied.

4. [Jinan City, Shandong Province] Ms. Liu Hong and Ms. Ma Gongxiang Detained

Ms. Liu Hong and Ms. Ma Gongxiang, 57, from Tianqiao District, were arrested by officers from the Xincheng Police Station when they distributed Falun Gong informational desktop calendars on December 27, 2019. They were taken to Jinan City No. 3 Detention Center. Ms. Liu was detained for 15 days, and Ms. Ma for 10 days.

5. [Mishan City, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Yang Xiaoguang Arrested

Mr. Yang Xiaoguang was arrested and his home ransacked by police from Yilan County and Mishan City on the evening of December 27, 2019.

6. [Baicheng City, Jilin Province] Mr. Yu Lei and Wife Arrested

Mr. Yu Lei and his wife from Sunbaimao Hamlet, Changfa Village, were arrested on the afternoon of December 10, 2019. Their current whereabouts are unknown.

7. [Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province] Ms. Tan Xiuying and Other Practitioners Arrested

Ms. Tan Xiuying and another elderly practitioner were arrested by officers from Xinshibeilu Police Station when talking to people about Falun Gong on the afternoon of December 27, 2019. The officers confiscated Falun Dafa books and photos of the founder of Falun Gong. The elderly practitioner was released that evening. Ms. Tan was taken to a detention center.

On the same day, Ms. Chen Xiuying, 60, and Ms. Gu 80, from Qiaoxi District, were also arrested when they talked to people about Falun Gong. Both practitioners were taken to Shijiazhuang No. 2 Detention Center. The officers confiscated Ms. Gu’s Falun Dafa books, photos of the founder of Falun Gong, printed materials, and a small sound recorder.

8. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Zhang Daqiu’s Case Turned Over to Procuratorate

Ms. Zhang Daqiu from Daoli District was arrested by officers from the Daoli District Domestic Security Division at the end of October 2019. Her Falun Dafa books and computer were confiscated. She is being held in Daoli Detention Center. Her case was filed at the Daoli Procuratorate. She's been denied family visits.

9. [Pengzhou City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Zhang Fuzhen Sentenced to Prison

Ms. Zhang Fuzhen was tried by Pengzhou City Court and given a three-year prison term on the morning of December 26, 2019.

Ms. Zhang was arrested by officers from Tianpeng Town Police Station on March 23, 2019. She was taken to Anjing Detention Center, Pidu District. Ms. Zhang recently had surgery. Her family applied for bail, and she was released.

10. [Dongying City, Shandong Province] Ms. Li Shuxiang’s Case Turned Over to Procuratorate

Ms. Li Shuxiang from Guangrao County was arrested on November 22, 2019. She was held in Dongying City Detention Center. Her case was turned over to Guangrao County Procuratorate on December 25.

11. [Anda City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Yu Guirong Sentenced to Prison

Ms. Yu Guirong was given a one-year prison term, and taken to the Intensive Training Ward of Hulan Prison on December 25, 2019.

12. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Yang Shumei Taken Into Custody

Ms. Yang Shumei from Shuangshimo Hamlet, Yudian Village, Mingyang Town, was arrested and taken to Yaojia Detention Center by officers from Mingyang Police Station on December 22, 2019.

13. [Chuxiong City, Yunnan Province] Ms. Xu Lijuan and Ms. Ma Jinyu Arrested

Ms. Xu Lijuan and Ms. Ma Jinyu were arrested and their homes were ransacked on November 8, 2019. Both practitioners are being held in Chuxiong Prefecture Detention Center.

14. [Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region] Ms. Duan Lianying Taken Into Custody

Ms. Duan Lianying was recently arrested by officers from Songshan District Domestic Security Division. She was held in the Songshan District Detention Center.

Mr. Zhang Chunqiu, 56, was arrested by officers from the Louxing District Police Department, Loudi City, on the morning of December 6, 2019. He is being held in Loudi City No. 2 Detention Center.
