1. [Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province] Mr. Chen Wanmin Arrested

Mr. Chen Wanmin was arrested on August 17, 2019.

2. [Chongqing] Mr. Deng Liping Arrested; Whereabouts Unknown

Mr. Deng Liping from the Jiangbei District was recently released from the Yongchuan Prison. He visited guard Yu Huajian in the Yudu Prison on July 11, 2019, and gave him informational materials about Falun Gong. He was later arrested by officers from the Nanan District Domestic Security Division and the Xinpaifang Police Station in Yubei District. His home was ransacked.

Mr. Deng's whereabouts are unknown.

3. [Shaoguan City, Guangdong Province] Ms. He Jinxiang Imprisoned

Ms. He Jinxiang was arrested by Gao Ling from the Qujiang Political and Legal Affairs Committee and others on August 8, 2019. Her Falun Gong books were confiscated. She is incarcerated in the Huanggang Prison.

4. [Tianjin] Ms. Guo Baoru Detained

Ms. Guo Baoru from the Binhai District was arrested by officers from the Hujiayuanjie Police Station on the morning of August 20, 2019. Her home was ransacked, and printers, computers, and Falun Gong books were confiscated.

Ms. Guo's husband and her six-year old granddaughter were taken to the police station at the same time and held there until 9:00 p.m.. Ms. Guo was taken to the Zhaojiadi Detention Center.

5. [Shanghai] Mr. Liu Bo Arrested

Mr. Liu Bo was arrested on July 21, 2019.

6. [Gongan County, Hubei Province] Ms. Li Xuemei and Ms. Chen Xiuyu Arrested

Ms. Li Xuemei and Ms. Chen Xiuyu from Jiazhuyuan Town were arrested on August 22, 2019. They were taken to the Jiazhuyuan Police Station.

7. [Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province] Mr. Zeng Hao Taken to Prison

Mr. Zeng Hao from the Haizhu District was taken to the Beijiang Prison on August 15, 2019.

8. [Xinzhou City, Shandong Province] Ms. Yu Chonghua Detained

Ms. Yu Chonghua was arrested by officers from the Yuanping Police Department on the morning of August 16, 2019. Her home was ransacked. She is being held in the Yuanping Detention Center.

Ms. Zhao Shouhong from the Yingzhou District was arrested by officers from the Yingdong Domestic Security Division and the Xiangyang Police Station. She is being held in the Fuyang City Women’s Detention Center.

10. [Xiangcheng City, Henan Province] Ms. Liu Guiping and Ms. Shao Chunhua Arrested

Ms. Liu Guiping and Ms. Shao Chunhua were arrested by officers from the Dongfang Police Station on August 4, 2019, after being reported for talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong.

Ms. Shao was released on August 20. Ms. Liu was taken to a hospital in the province's capital, because she had high blood pressure and was incontinent after she was arrested. She is under police surveillance.

11. [Qingyuan County, Liaoning Province] Ms. Zhou Shouyan Detained

Ms. Zhou Shouyan was arrested in the Qingyuan County Railroad Station on the afternoon of August 16, 2019, after security personnel found Falun Gong messages on her cell phone during a security check. She is being held in the Fushun City First Detention Center.

12. [Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Han Li Detained

Ms. Han Li was arrested by officers from the Baojia Police Station on August 22, 2019, for talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong in the Beizhen City Open Market. Her home was ransacked.

She is being held in the Jinzhou City Detention Center.

Ms. Liu Fenghua, 52, from the Suncun Mine, Xinkuang Group in Taian City, was arrested on the morning of August 21, 2019, for talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong. She was taken to the Xinwen Police Station in Xintai City.
