1. [Nong’an County, Jilin Province] Ms. Wang Jingxia and Ms. Wang Guifang Sentenced to Prison

Ms. Wang Jingxia and Ms. Wang Guifang were arrested by officers from the Changlong Township Police Station, Qianguo County, on January 15, 2019, for distributing Falun Gong materials in Changlong.

They were taken to the Qianguo Detention Center, before being transferred to the Shanyou Town Detention Center in the Ningjiang District, Songyuan City, on the afternoon of January 29.

Both practitioners were tried in the Qianguo Court on June 28.

The practitioners' lawyers notified their families on July 9, telling them that Ms. Wang Jingxia had been sentenced to a three-year prison term and Ms. Wang Guifang to four years in prison.

2. [Baoding City, Hebei Province] Ms. Liu Shumin's Whereabouts Unknown

Sun Minzheng, director of the Gudian Town Police Station in Wangdu County, led other officers to Ms. Liu Shumin’s home in the Ershilipu area, Gudian, and ransacked the place. Ms. Liu was arrested. Her whereabouts are unknown.

3. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Yi Xiaoqin Arrested

Ms. Yi Xiaoqin was arrested at home by five officers from the Shenyang Criminal Investigation Bureau on the afternoon of July 10, 2019. Both her homes were ransacked.

4. [Jinan City, Shandong Province] Mr. Liu Sitang Sentenced to Prison

Mr. Liu Sitang, who is being held in the Jinan City Detention Center, received a verdict from the Tianqiao District Court on April 19, 2019. He was sentenced to a three-year prison term and fined 5,000 yuan.

5. [Wafangdian City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Teng Yunqing Arrested

Ms. Teng Yunqing was arrested on July 8, 2019, for talking to people about Falun Gong.

6. [Shanghai] Ms. Wang Zhenghe and Her Daughter Ms. Qiao Maorong Detained

Ms. Wang Zhenghe and her daughter Ms. Qiao Maorong from the Jiading District were arrested by officers from the Jiading Police Department on the morning of July 5, 2019, for talking to people about Falun Gong. Their home was ransacked.

They are being held in the Jiading Detention Center.

7. [Beijing] Mr. Wang Hongxing Arrested

Four or five police officers broke into Mr. Wang Hongxing’s home on the morning of July 2, 2019. They ransacked it and confiscated Falun Gong books, audio players, and his car keys.

8. [Wanyuan City, Sichuan Province] Mr. Xiao Dafu Tried

Mr. Xiao Dafu was arrested by officers from the Tongchuan District Domestic Security Division, and the Wanyuan City Domestic Security Division in Dazhou City, on October 16, 2018. He was taken to the Dazhou Detention Center.

Mr. Xiao was tried by the Dazhou Court on June 20, 2019.

9. [Tianjin] Ms. Niu Yueqin Arrested

Ms. Niu Yueqin was arrested on July 5, 2019.

10. [Binzhou City, Shandong Province] Ms. Shi Wenzhi Arrested and Harassed; Mr. Zhao Pengjin Detained

Officers from the Xincheng Police Station in Yangxin County pried open Ms. Shi Wenzhi’s door and ransacked her home on May 1, 2019. They confiscated Falun Gong books and photos of the founder of Falun Gong. Ms. Shi, in her 70s, was arrested and taken to the police station, where she was videotaped and forced to record a statement on May 3. The police went to her home again on May 31 and harassed her. She is now afraid to go home for fear of repeated threats and harassment.

Mr. Zhao Pengjin from Yangxin was arrested at home by officers from the Laodian Police Station on July 1. He was taken to the Yangxin Detention Center.

11. [Liaocheng City, Shandong Province] Ms. Yang Junfang Arrested

Ms. Yang Junfang, 68, was arrested at home by officers from the Jiangdian Police Station, Gaotang County, on July 10, 2019.

12. [Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province] Ms. Wang Xuezhen and Her Son Mr. Ma Minqing Placed in Criminal Detention

Ms. Wang Xuezhen, 75, and her son Mr. Ma Minqing were arrested by officers from the No. 2 Criminal Investigation Division of the Public Transit Police Department on July 9, 2019. Their homes were ransacked.

Both practitioners were placed in criminal detention in the Guangzhou City No. 1 Detention Center.

13. [Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province] Ms. Zhu Suyun Arrested

Ms. Zhu Suyun was arrested on July 1, 2019. Her home was ransacked.

14. [Langfang City, Hebei Province] Ms. Liu Yali Detained for Public Order Violation

Ms. Liu Yali was reported to the authorities for talking to people about Falun Gong in Qi Village, Beixinliu Township, Yongqing County, on the evening of July 5, 2019. She was arrested on the morning of July 10 by officers from the Beixinliu Police Station on orders from the Yongqing Domestic Security Division and taken to the Yongqing Detention Center for ten days, charged with “disturbing public order.”

Ms. Liu was handcuffed and severely beaten by Zheng Gang, deputy director of the detention center.

15. [Jingning County, Gansu Province] Mr. Bai Xixue Detained

He Xuefeng, head of the Jingning County Domestic Security Division, and other officers broke into Mr. Bai Xixue’s home and ransacked the place on the evening of July 5, 2019. Mr. Bai was arrested and taken to the Jingning Police Department. He was later transferred to the Jingning Detention Center.

16. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Four Practitioners Detained

Ms. Xu Changlan was arrested by officers from the Ganjingzi Street Police Station in the Ganjingzi District on July 4, 2019. Her home was ransacked. She is being held in the Yaojia Detention Center.

Ms. Zhou Qin and Ms. Teng Zhenni from Zhengmingshi Village, Dalijia Town in the Jinzhou Development Zone, were arrested. Ms. Teng was detained for ten days. Ms. Zhou remains in detention.

A practitioner with the last name of Ding was arrested by officers from the Zhanqian Police Station on July 10. Practitioner Ding is being held in the Jinzhou Detention Center. The practitioner’s home was ransacked.

17. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Six Practitioners Arrested

Mr. Li Zhendong, his wife Ms. Tian Xiuyun, and four other practitioners were arrested on July 10, 2019, when they were studying the Falun Gong teachings together in the Huanggu District.

The police ransacked Mr. Li’s home that evening and confiscated Falun Gong books.

18. [Kaiyuan City, Liaoning Province] Three Practitioners Detained

Ms. Liu Li, Mr. Zeng Fansheng, and Ms. Su Changqin from Xiafei Town were arrested on the morning of July 11, 2019. Their homes were ransacked.

The three practitioners are being held in the Tieling City Detention Center for ten days.

19. [Chibi City, Hubei Province] Mr. Li Sibao and Ms. Zhu Xueying Detained

Mr. Li Sibao and Ms. Zhu Xueying were arrested on June 26, 2019. Ms. Zhu was held in the Chibi City Lockup Center before being transferred to the Chibi Detention Center on July 10. Mr. Li was released on July 11.
