1. [Shanghai] Ms. Wang Yue Sentenced to Prison

Ms. Wang Yue was sentenced to an 18-month prison term and fined 2,000 yuan by the Fengxian District Court on March 28, 2019.

2. [Shanghai] Mr. Huang Yonghua Detained

Mr. Huang Yonghua from the Xuhui District was arrested by officers from the Minhang District Domestic Security Division on March 20, 2019. He is being held in the Fengxian District Detention Center.

3. [Yanji City, Jilin Province] Ms. Zheng Yawen Detained

Ms. Zheng Yawen was recently arrested in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. She is being held in the Yanji Detention Center.

4. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Ms. Sun Shiying Taken to Prison

Ms. Sun Shiying was sentenced to a two-and-a-half-year prison term by the Chaoyang District Court. She was taken to the Jilin Province Women's Prison on March 19, 2019.

5. [Yushu City, Jilin Province] Ms. Guo Yuzhen Officially Arrested

Ms. Guo Yuzhen from Wukeshu Town was arrested on December 31, 2018. She was detained for 15 days before being transferred to another detention center on January 14, 2019.

Ms. Guo has been officially placed under arrest by the Procuratorate.

6. [Nanchong City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Jing Huiling Detained

Ms. Jing Huiling, in her 40s, was arrested at home by officer Meng Changjun and others from the Nanbu County Domestic Security Division on the afternoon of March 25, 2019. Her cell phone and computer were confiscated.

Ms. Jing is being held in the Nanchong City Detention Center.

7. [Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province] Ms. Zheng Shuhua Facing Trial

Ms. Zheng Shuhua is scheduled to be tried on April 2, 2019.

8. [Jining City, Shandong Province] Ms. Lian Yan Sentenced to Prison

Ms. Lian Yan was sentenced to a two-year prison term by the Rencheng District Court on the morning of March 26, 2019. Ms. Lian and her lawyer immediately appealed in the courtroom.

9. [Jieyang City, Guangdong Province] Ms. Wu Meiping Arrested

Ms. Wu Meiping went to the Rongcheng District Court on March 15, 2019, to apply for permission to attend the hearing of Mr. Wu Xuqin, Ms. Chen Xiaobin, Mr. Wu Chunxiong, Mr. Cai Linhua, and Ms. Tang Jianjun, which was scheduled for March 19.

Ms. Wu was arrested by police officers called in by the court staff. Her whereabouts are unknown.

10. [Nanyang City, Henan Province] Cases of Ms. Zhou Hongyu and Ms. Ma Qiyan Transferred to Different Procuratorate

The cases of Ms. Zhou Hongyu and Ms. Ma Qiyan were transferred from the Dengzhou City Procuratorate to the Neixiang County Procuratorate.

11. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Yuan Suxin Detained

Ms. Yuan Suxin was arrested by officers from the Renmin Square Police Station on February 26, 2019, when she was talking to people about Falun Gong in the Nanshi Neighborhood, Xigang District. She was taken to a detention center, and is not allowed family visits.

12. [Fushun City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Yu Hailan and Ms. Li Cuihong Abused in Prison

Ms. Yu Hailan and Ms. Li Cuihong were taken to the Liaoning Province Women's Prison on February 19, 2019. They were physically abused there, and as a result, Ms. Yu's developed problems with her legs and is unable to walk unaided.

13. [Qingyuan County, Liaoning Province] Ms. Zhang Xiuli Detained

Ms. Zhang Xiuli was arrested at the Shenyang Train Station on March 27, 2019. She was found carrying Falun Gong content on her cell phone memory card.

Ms. Zhang was detained for five days.

14. [Huludao City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Wang Yushan Arrested

Ms. Wang Yushan from Jianchang County was recently arrested by officers from the Datun Township Police Station for talking to people about Falun Gong.

15. [Chongqing] Mr. Zhang Fuming Arrested

Mr. Zhang Fuming, an outstanding teacher in his 70s, was arrested on March 10, 2019.

16. [Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province] Three Practitioners Officially Arrested

Ms. Jin Miaoqing, Ms. Chen Liping, and Ms. Wang Juyan were arrested on November 9, 2018. They were recently officially placed under arrest.
