(Minghui.org) I know several older Falun Dafa practitioners who tell people the facts about Falun Dafa all year round. They risk their own safety to help people understand how wonderful Falun Dafa is. I am very moved by their actions.
Practitioner Alin is in her seventies. She does the three things well every day—studying the Fa, sending righteous thoughts, and clarifying the truth. Because she goes out daily to talk to people about Falun Dafa, most people know her.
When she got on a bus recently, the driver immediately said that she was a Falun Dafa practitioner. She smiled and told him that Falun Dafa is great. The driver said that he spent the whole night reading the pamphlets she'd left at his door and that they were well written. He said that the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) was very bad [for persecuting Falun Dafa]. Alin urged him to withdraw from the CCP. He said he would.
Alin met an elderly lady on the street who asked her if she remembered telling her to recite “Falun Dafa is good” and helping her withdraw from the CCP. She said she recited the phrase every day, and that her daughter-in-law had changed and now treated her very well. Alin asked her to thank Master for such a blessing and told her that the power of Falun Dafa had changed her daughter-in-law.
Elderly practitioners Bo and Chris tell people the facts about Falun Dafa every day. One day they met a girl on the bus who had sprained her ankle. They helped her get off the bus and recommended that she recite “Falun Dafa is good” and “Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good.” When she said the phrases she could immediately stand up without help.
She was amazed by the effectiveness of saying those words. The practitioners told her that Falun Dafa is Buddha law, and explained why the CCP persecutes Falun Dafa.
She agreed to withdraw from the CCP after listening to the practitioners. Her leg was no longer painful.
Many people start to support Falun Dafa and oppose the persecution after practitioners explain the facts to them.
Elderly practitioner Debbie planned to attend the trial of a fellow practitioner and to send righteous thoughts while there. Her husband didn't want her to go because he had learned that the practitioners who attended a trial in Tongzhou District, Beijing were arrested. He worried that his wife would also be arrested. He called his son and asked him to persuade his mother not to go.
“Mother should go to the court,” the son said. “If everyone went to the court, the evil would not be so rampant. If it was mother being persecuted, what would you do?”
The father was speechless and agreed with his son. When Debbie lodged a lawsuit against former CCP leader Jiang Zemin, her husband and son supported her and also signed their names to the lawsuit.
Over the past 20 years, practitioners have been talking to people about Falun Dafa, and consequently, more and more people know about the persecution, the preciousness of Falun Dafa, and the kindness of practitioners. Some of them have become supportive of practitioners and no longer oppose them. Some of the practitioners' family members have also started to practice Falun Dafa.
We believe that people around the world will know the wonderfulness of Falun Dafa and the CCP will be brought to justice in the near future.
