Ms. Tang Guixiang, from Erdao Township in the Fengman District, was arrested at the Fengjiatun Farmers Market by plainclothes officers from the Changchunlu Police Station on the morning of February 17, 2019. She is being held in the Jilin City Detention Center for ten days.
