1. [Xinbin County, Liaoning Province] Ms. Meng Zhaoxia and Six Other Practitioners Arrested

Ms. Meng Zhaoxia and six other practitioners from Malu Village and Shuanghe Village in Xiajiahe Township were arrested by officers from the Benxi City Police Department and other local police stations for distributing Falun Gong informational materials.

2. [Lanzhou City, Gansu Province] Mr. Yu Qingxian and Mr. Sun Hong Arrested

Mr. Yu Qingxian, a retired worker from the Lanzhou University of Finance and Economics, was arrested at home by officers from the Lanzhou City Police Department on the morning of September 23, 2019. His home was ransacked. His whereabouts are unknown.

Mr. Sun Hong from the Anning District was arrested at work on the morning of September 23. He was taken to the Gongjiawan Brainwashing Center.

3. [Weifang City, Shandong Province] Mr. Chu Liwen and Mr. Chu Qinghua Arrested

Mr. Chu Liwen and Mr. Chu Qinghua from Taibaozhuang Township in the Xiashan District were arrested by officers from the Qingdao Railway Police Department, the Xiashan Domestic Security Division, and the Taibaozhuang Police Station on September 22, 2019. The officers ransacked their homes and confiscated about 20,000-30,000 yuan worth of personal belongings.

Mr. Chu was taken to the Weifang City Detention Center. Mr. Chu Qinghua has since returned home.

4. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Shang Xia Arrested

Ms. Shang Xia, 57, from Tiexi District, was followed and arrested in her parents' hometown on September 23, 2019. The police confiscated photos of the founder of Falun Gong, a notebook computer, and a printer.

5. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Sun Guifen and Ms. Zhou Yanbo Arrested

Ms. Sun Guifen was arrested at home on the afternoon of September 17, 2019. She was taken to the Yaojia Detention Center.

Ms. Zhou Yanbo was arrested by the Jinzhou District police on the same day.

6. [Meishan City, Sichuan Province] Mr. Tian Shiqun Detained

Mr. Tian Shiqun, 65, from Qinglong Town in the Pengshan District, was arrested in Shou'an Town, Pujiang County, on September 23, 2019. He is being held in the Pujiang Detention Center.

7. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Mr. Jing Guixue Arrested

Mr. Jing Guixue, 78, was arrested by officers from the Liuyinglu Police Station in the Kuancheng District on September 19, 2019 for talking to people about Falun Gong. Officers ransacked his home and confiscated photos of the founder of Falun Gong, Falun Gong books, and 4,000 yuan in cash.

8. [Yongji County, Jilin Province] Mr. Wang Jijie and Ms. Cai Ying Detained

Mr. Wang Jijie and Ms. Cai Ying were arrested at home by officers from the Chengnan Police Station on September 23, 2019. They were taken to Jilin for 15 days.

9. [Pengzhou City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Hua Mingsu, 78, Sentenced to Two Years in Prison

Ms. Hua Mingsu, 78, was arrested at home on August 6, 2019. She was sentenced to two years in prison by the Pengzhou City Court on August 19. She is being held in the Anjing Detention Center, Pi County, Chengdu City.

Ms. Hua has filed an appeal.

10. [Baoding City, Hebei Province] Three Practitioners Detained

Mr. Liu Bohui, Mr. Tian Junjie, and Ms. Guo Yanmin from Xiong County were reported to the police for talking to people about Falun Gong at the Chaheji Township Farmers' Market in Bazhou City on the morning of September 17, 2019. They were arrested by officers from the Chahe Town Police Station.

The Bazhou Police Department issued notices of criminal detention on September 20 for the three practitioners. They are being held in the Bazhou Detention Center.

11. [Fushun City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Zhu Yafen Arrested

Ms. Zhu Yafen, 70, was arrested by plainclothes officers from the Fushun City Domestic Security Division at West No. 1 Road Bus Station in the Xinfu District on the afternoon of September 24, 2019.

12. [Chongqing] Ms. Tan Yulan Detained; Ms. Li Zhonglan Taken to Prison

Ms. Tan Yulan from Yongchuan District was arrested in mid-July 2019 and taken to the Jiulongpo Detention Center.

Ms. Li Zhonglan was arrested on the afternoon of September 12, 2017 and held in the Yubei District Detention Center. She was sentenced to a four-and-a-half-year prison term on May 20, 2019 and taken to the No. 1 Ward of Zouma Women's Prison. Ms. Li’s elder sister went to visit her on September 24, but the prison guards did not allow them to meet.

13. [Gongzhuling City, Jilin Province] Ms. Li Jie Arrested

Ms. Li Jie was arrested in mid-September 2019.

14. [Neijiang City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Zhao Liying Detained

Ms. Zhao Liying, 72, was arrested on the evening of September 14, 2019 by officers from a police station under the jurisdiction of the Neijiang City Police Department. Her home was ransacked. She is being held in the Neijiang Detention Center.

15. [Wujin County, Jiangsu Province] Mr. Yin Changda Detained

Mr. Yin Changda from Xuenian Township was arrested at home on September 12, 2019. His residence was ransacked. He is being held in the Wujin County Detention Center.

16. [Jilin City, Jilin Province] Mr. Liu Changyou and Ms. Su Mingying Arrested

Mr. Liu Changyou and Ms. Su Mingying were arrested by Fengman District police on September 22, 2019.

17. [Shanghai] Ms. Cai Yufang Arrested

Ms. Cai Yufang was arrested by officers from the Minhang District Domestic Security Division and the Hongqiao Police Station on September 3, 2019.

18. [Huaihua City, Hunan Province] Ms. Yang Linying’s Case Turned Over to Procuratorate

Ms. Yang Linying was arrested by officers from the Guangchang Police Station on May 23, 2019. She was officially placed under arrest on July 5. The Hecheng District Domestic Security Division turned her case over to the Hecheng Procuratorate on September 3.

19. [Yingkou City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Yu Zhihong Arrested

Mr. Yu Zhihong, in his 50s, from Bayuquan District, was arrested at his home on September 18, 2019 by officers from the Bayuquan Domestic Security Division and the Yingkou City Domestic Security Division. His whereabouts are unknown.
