(Minghui.org) As the 2019 New Year approaches, supporters of Falun Dafa from around China are sending their heartfelt greetings to wish revered Master Li Hongzhi a Happy New Year.
While these supporters do not practice Falun Dafa, they usually have family members, colleagues, friends, or neighbors who do. These non-practitioners have come to understand that it was wrong of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) to persecute the peaceful self-cultivation practice that has transformed so many lives. Many have quit the CCP and its subordinate organizations and subsequently experienced tremendous positive changes in their own lives.
Several residents in Beijing wrote that their neighbor was arrested and has been detained since December 3. They know that she is a good person and was wrongly detained. They wrote, “She treated her old mother-in-law like her own mother and would always buy her the best food to eat. A relationship like that between a mother-in-law and her daughter-in-law is very rarely seen these days. Not only that, she is a teacher and has never accepted any gifts from her students' parents.”
Another Beijing resident born in the 1990s wrote that, since learning of the persecution of Falun Dafa a few years ago, he had quit the CCP and its affiliated organizations and also persuaded all his family members to do the same. After quitting the CCP, his family members “became healthy and cheerful and have successful careers and a happy family, which no money can buy.” “No words can describe our gratitude to Master Li!” he added.
An 81-year-old woman in Beijing wished Master Li a Happy New Year. She wrote that her daughter and son-in-law, who are Falun Dafa practitioners, taught her to recite “Falun Dafa is good! Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good!” whenever she felt ill, and mystically, her illnesses were cured after following their advice.
