(Minghui.org) The Moon Festival (also known as the Mid-Autumn Festival) is one of the most important holidays in the Chinese culture for families to get together. This year, Master Li Hongzhi, the founder of Falun Gong, has received thousands of greetings from people all over the world, practitioners and supporters alike.

It is noteworthy that many greetings came from Chinese lawyers who do not practice Falun Gong but who have learned how wonderful this self-improvement practice is from practitioners.

One lawyer wrote: “I have seen that you have pointed out a bright future for the Chinese people. I have met many practitioners, and they are all good people who live by the principles of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance. Despite the persecution, they are still positive and fight for their belief. That is admirable.

“Some of them have been illegally sentenced, which makes me feel helpless and sad. But even in those situations, they don't choose to hate. Nor do they pay too much attention to themselves. Instead, they feel sorry for law enforcement officials who do not know the truth about Falun Gong.

“This is the mighty virtue you have given them. Because of them, I see hope for China.”

Another lawyer wrote: “The Chinese Communist Party has been destroying China under their tyranny. However, I believe that Heaven will not allow this to continue. Many people are waking up.

“I thank you, Master Li Hongzhi, for teaching your disciples and disintegrating evil. You and your disciples have created a pure land where many people are saved. History will restore the reputation of Falun Gong. All that you have done and all that you have endured will be rewarded with the highest honors.”

Falun Gong is a self-improvement cultivation practice that has not only benefited millions of practitioners but also brought great joy to non-practitioners.

Many supporters thanked Master Li for teaching this virtuous practice and bringing hope and positive energy to a corrupt and violent world. They also expressed their deep gratitude to Master Li for bringing health and happiness to their lives.

A government official from the Ninghe District in Tianjin wrote that he had been an atheist and had been brainwashed by the communist party. Then, this April, he was diagnosed with terminal cancer.

While the rest of his family was arranging his funeral, his wife, a Falun Gong practitioner, didn't give up. She asked him to repeat, “Falun Dafa is good; Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good.” He did, and the pain lessened right away. He was soon able to walk, and in two weeks, he was able to go out. Recent test results indicate that he has recovered.

A 32-year-old computer engineer said that he had had a skin disease since high school, which severely interfered with his studies and life. No Chinese or Western medicine worked. His mother, a Falun Gong practitioner, asked him to practice with her. He read the main book of Falun Gong, Zhuan Falun, many times and did the Falun Gong exercises with his mother for 30 minutes a day.

Three weeks later blisters formed on his hand and oozed a lot of fluid. He believes that the exercises purified his body because the skin disease disappeared and has never come back. Now, according to him, his skin is smooth and healthy.

A senior from Beijing wrote, “Four generations in my family thank Master Li and Falun Gong practitioners for telling us the truth about Falun Gong. They helped us quit the Chinese Communist Party. I believe that quitting the Party has kept us from harm. We are all healthy and my children and grandchildren are doing well in their careers. I hope that Master Li will be able to come back to China in the near future.”

Needless to say, most of the greetings come from Falun Gong practitioners. They thanked Master for guiding and watching over them on their cultivation journeys.

A practitioner from Gansu Province wrote, “We are so lucky to have a chance to cultivate Falun Gong. Nothing in this world can make us waver. In this degenerate world, Master helps us to purify ourselves and makes each of us like a beautiful lotus flower.”

A practitioner from Shandong Province wrote, “Although I've never met you [Master Li], I know you are always with me, watching me and protecting me. I will follow you on my journey of cultivation and return to my true self.”
