(Minghui.org) Today's news from China includes incidents of persecution that took place in 14 cities or counties in 10 provinces. According to this report, 6 Falun Dafa practitioners were subjected to mistreatment during their detention, and at least 16 were illegally arrested.

1. [Yongkang City, Zhejiang Province] Mr. Shi Guanxian Detained

Mr. Shi Guanxian was arrested by officers from the Jiangnan Police Station on the afternoon of June 20, 2018. The officers ransacked his home and confiscated Falun Dafa books and several thousand yuan in cash.

Mr. Shi is held in the Yongkang Detention Center.

2. [Qingyang City, Gansu Province] Three Practitioners Arrested

Mr. Zhang Feng, Ms. Li Lixia, and Ms. Qiang Weixiu, from Zhenyuan County, were arrested by officers from the Zhenyuan County Police Department and the Domestic Security Division while they were studying the Falun Dafa teachings at Ms. Qiang's home on the evening of July 4, 2018. Their homes were ransacked.

3. [Chaozhou City, Guangdong Province] Mr. Lin Yizhuang Arrested

A dozen or so officers from the Chao'an District Domestic Security Division, the Jinshi Town Police Station, and the Shaxi Town Police Station broke into Mr. Lin Yizhuang's home and ransacked it on the morning of June 27, 2018. Mr. Lin was arrested.

4. [Xilinhot City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region] Cases of Ms. Song Xiaohua and Mr. Mi Chao Turned Over to Procuratorate

The cases of Ms. Song Xiaohua and Mr. Mi Chao were again turned over to the local Procuratorate for prosecution by the Xilinhot City Domestic Security Division on July 5, 2018.

5. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Mr. Zhang Yi Arrested

Mr. Zhang Yi was recently arrested for posting Falun Gong materials.

6. [Weihai City, Shandong Province] Ms. Fu Chunhua Detained

Ms. Fu Chunhua, 66, from Wendeng District, was arrested by officers from the Wendeng District Domestic Security Division at the Tianfu farmers market on the morning of July 2, 2018. She is being held at the Wendeng Detention Center.

7. [Shaoyang City, Hunan Province] Ms. Yan Shuzhou and Daughter Ms. Gong Yan Arrested

Ms. Yan Shuzhou was arrested on June 25, 2018 for talking to others about Falun Dafa. She was held in the Yangjialong Detention Center.

Her daughter, Ms. Gong Yan, was arrested and taken to a brainwashing center the following day.

8. [Zhengzhou City, Henan Province] Ms. Jin Songju and Ms. Liu Yulan Given Criminal Detention

Ms. Jin Songju and Ms. Liu Yulan were arrested by officers from the Songshanlu Police Station while they were talking to people about Falun Dafa on April 22, 2018. Their homes were ransacked.

Both practitioners were held in the No. 3 Detention Center.

9. [Cangzhou City, Hebei Province] Ms. Wang Qiaobian Given a Two-Year Prison Term

Ms. Wang Qiaobian was arrested at the gate of the Yihai Residential Community by officers from the Renqiu City Domestic Security Division and the Rennan police on the morning of July 2, 2018. She was given a two-year prison term the following day.

She was taken to the Hebei Women's Prison.

10. [Jiaozuo City, Henan Province] Mr. Han Sigang Detained for Nearly a Year

Mr. Han Sigang was followed and arrested on July 25, 2017 for suing Jiang Zemin, the former head of the Chinese Communist Party who initiated the persecution of Falun Gong. He was held in the Jiaozuo City Detention Center.

Mr. Han was tried in January 2018, and he remains under illegal custody in the detention center nearly a year after his arrest.

11. [Changsha City, Hunan Province] Ms. Deng Qinghui Taken to Brainwashing Center

Ms. Deng Qinghui was arrested and taken to the Laodaohe Brainwashing Center around June 26, 2018.

12. [Hengshui City, Hebei Province] Three Practitioners Arrested

Ms. Chen Lan, Ms. Ma Lizhi, and Ms. Wu Xiuping, from Wangqiansi Town, Jing County, were arrested by plainclothes officers while they were talking to people about Falun Dafa at the Wangqiansi Town farmers market on the morning of July 6, 2018. Their whereabouts are unknown.

13. [Pingdingshan City, Henan Province] Mr. Wang Yongqi and Wife Ms. Xu Shuping Arrested

Mr. Wang Yongqi and his wife Ms. Xu Shuping from Baofeng County were arrested by officers from the Baofeng County Domestic Security Division and the Pingdingshan City Domestic Security Division on the morning of June 29, 2018. The officers confiscated seven cell phones, a computer, and paper bills with Falun Dafa information printed on them.

Mr. Wang was released that evening. Ms. Xu remains in the Baofeng Detention Center.

14. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Li Qunhua Detained

Ms. Li Qunhua was arrested by officers from the Mengzhuiwan Police Station, Chenghua District, on the afternoon of May 11, 2018. The officers confiscated Falun Dafa books.

Ms. Li was officially arrested on June 14 by the Chenghua District Procuratorate. She is being held at the Chengdu City Detention Center.
