(Minghui. org) The “Holistic Festival of Life and Wellness” event was held at the Plano Convention Center on June 24, 2018 in Plano, Texas, USA. The Falun Gong group held a booth at the event where they demonstrated the meditative exercises and also raised awareness about the brutal persecution of Falun Gong by the Chinese Communist regime. Many visitors signed a petition calling for U.S. government action and urged the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) to stop persecuting Falun Gong.

Charlie, an elderly man, listened carefully to the practitioner's introduction. He thanked the practitioner and said, "I have heard of Falun Gong. I fully support you. Let me know what I can do to help!"

A middle-aged man named David wearing a judo suit greeted Falun Gong practitioners. He said in Chinese, “My wife is Chinese.” He took informational materials and signed the petition calling for an end to the persecution.

A visitor named Debi was moved to tears by the information about forced organ harvesting from imprisoned Falun Gong practitioners in China. She said, “It's so sad. I hope the situation will get better.” She did not hesitate to sign the petition.

Another booth visitor, Sherri, said that she was familiar with the persecution of Falun Gong. She encouraged the group to continue their efforts, saying, “Communism will eventually fail. Just like the Soviet Union, the CCP will soon follow the same path.”
