Mr. Xiao Kunquan, 87, was arrested by Jiang Zhaoquan and officers from the Chengnan Police Station on May 12, 2018, for posting stickers with information about Falun Gong on them. He was taken to the police station and tied to a wooden chair for approximately two hours. He was released after his family was threatened.

Ms. Cheng Ancai was arrested by officers from the Songshan Police Station on May 29, 2018, for talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong. She was released that afternoon after failing the physical exam.

Mr. Zheng Shigang was arrested and had his home ransacked by officers from the Huanggu Police Department and Santaizi Police Station on May 25, 2018.

Mr. Shi Yingji was arrested on May 29, 2018.

5. [Jimo City, Shandong Province] Ms. Zhang Qixia Detained

Ms. Zhang Qixia, arrested on May 9, 2018, is currently detained at the Pudong Detention Center in Jimo.

6. [Anguo City, Hebei Province] Mr. Zhong Lijie Sentenced

Mr. Zhong Lijie, arrested on May 26, 2017, was sentenced to a two-year prison term on September 20, 2017.

7. [Shouguang City, Shandong Province] Ms. Yuan Jinhua Arrested

Ms. Yuan Jinhua was arrested by officers on May 29, 2018. The police videotaped and ransacked her home. They confiscated Falun Gong books, printers, and other personal items.

Ms. Jiang Yuqin was arrested at home by more than 30 officers from the Tiyuchang Police Station on May 29, 2018. Her husband, a non-practitioner, was also arrested. He was released that day.

9. [Langfang City, Hebei Province] Ms. Li Shufang Arrested

Ms. Li Shufang was arrested on May 10, 2018, and later released.

10. [Gaomi City, Shandong Province] Ms. Du Guixia and Her Husband Persecuted

Ms. Du Guixia was arrested at work on April 5, 2018. The police took her to the station, took photos, and demanded that she sign and put her fingerprints on documents.

Before arresting Ms. Du, the police arrested her husband, ransacked her home, and confiscated Falun Gong books, as well as several copies of the Minghui Weekly. Her husband was also taken to the police station.

Six female practitioners and two male practitioners were detained in the same police station.

The police took seven female practitioners to Weifang Hospital for a physical exam and then took them to a detention center. Since all of them failed the physical exam, they were taken back to the Xiazhuang Police Station.

Three male practitioners were taken to the Gaomi Detention Center, and two were taken back to the police station. Only Ms. Du's husband was detained.

Ms. Du and the other practitioners were released after being forced to sign documents. The police also extorted 5,000 yuan from them.

Mr. Zhang Baofeng was sentenced to a one-and-a-half-year prison term and fined 5,000 yuan on March 23, 2018. He appealed to the Hengshui City Intermediate Court, which upheld his sentence on April 26. He was taken to Jidong No. 2 Prison on May 15.

Ms. Liu Yinfeng was arrested by officers from Fengcheng City on May 30, 2018, for talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong. The police ransacked her home and confiscated printers, computers, Falun Gong books, informational materials about the persecution of Falun Gong, a picture of the founder of Falun Gong, and paper bills with information about Falun Gong written on them. She was taken to the Dandong Detention Center.

Mr. Yue Naiming was arrested at home by Huashanlu Police Station officers on May 30, 2018. The police ransacked his home and confiscated paper currency with information about Falun Gong printed on the bills, Falun Gong books, and other informational materials. His whereabouts are unknown.

14. [Tumen City, Jilin Province] Ms. Zhai Chunmei Arrested

Ms. Zhai Chunmei was arrested at home by about seven officers from the Tumen City Domestic Security Division on May 26, 2018. The police ransacked her home and confiscated a cell phone, a portrait of the founder of Falun Gong, and a dozen Falun Gong books. She was taken to the division for interrogation. She was released the next morning.

15. [Changle County, Shandong Province] Ms. Liu Xiuqin and Mr. Qin Xueqing Arrested

Ms. Liu Xiuqin was arrested at home by officers from the Changle County Domestic Security Division and Qiaoguan Town Police Station on May 24, 2018. She was handcuffed and videotaped. The police ransacked her home.

At the police station, Ms. Liu was cuffed to a steel chair and interrogated. Then she was taken to a small cell. She was released 24 hours later.

Her husband, Mr. Qin Xueqing, was also arrested and taken to the Qiaoguan Town Police Station that same day. He was transferred to the Changle Detention Center.

16. [Tianjin] Ms. Kong Deyuan Arrested

Ms. Kong Deyuan, 47, was arrested and had her home ransacked on April 11, 2018. The day before the arrest, several plainclothes officers went to her home and videotaped it.

Mr. Liu Zonggang was arrested and had his home ransacked on May 29, 2018. He was released that afternoon.

Ms. Zhao Hong, 50, a teacher at Xuchang City No. 1 High School, was arrested at work by Beida Police Station officers on May 23, 2018. The police took her home and ransacked it. They confiscated computers, Falun Gong books, and other personal items. She was taken to the police station and released that night. She was removed from her position at work.

Mr. Duan Changjin was arrested and taken to the Yuechi County Domestic Security Division on May 24, 2018. The next day, his wife was also arrested. They were taken to the Yuechi County Detention Center.
