(Minghui.org) I saw a young man with shiny hair standing in front of a hospital on February 21. I approached him and asked, “Young man, have you heard that the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) has been unjustly persecuting Falun Gong?”
I was not sure whether or not he could hear me clearly when he asked me loudly three times, “What are you talking about? Aren't you worried that I will report you to the police?”
I replied, “The police need to know the truth too.”
Coincidentally, a group of seven or eight police officers was passing by. The young man shouted out, “Aren’t you afraid I'll call the police to arrest you?”
I didn't worry about what would happen, and just looked at the police officers peacefully.
An officer asked the young man, “What’s going on?” He told the group, “She is a Falun Gong practitioner. She said that the CCP is persecuting Falun Gong.”
One of the officers responded, “Oh, she's a Falun Gong practitioner!”
The group of officers looked at me for a while and then walked away quietly, leaving the young man standing there in amazement.
(From Shandong Province, China) My husband's brother-in-law is an assistant director of the Education Bureau. One of his assigned duties is to provide examination scripts for students in middle or final semesters.
I often brought him information about Falun Gong. One day I said to him, “Your politics textbook includes an article about the 'Tiananmen Square self-immolation incident.' Do you know it was a scam?”
He said, “Everyone should know what really happened.”
His mother had recently been hospitalized in a facility near my home. I took her a meal and some fresh fruit. The woman believed what I told her about Falun Gong and was interested in listening to the Fa lectures by Master Li (the founder).
During this year's Chinese New Year, my husband's brother-in-law came to my home with his wife to express their gratitude. He exclaimed, “My mother said you are the nicest lady she has ever met.”
I then informed him, “It is said that the local government requires teachers and children's parents to sign a document that defames Falun Gong.”
He replied, “I did not sign the document.”
(From China) When I first met the lawyer, I told him that we needed to plead not-guilty. During the trial, he argued persuasively that it is completely legal to practice Falun Gong in China.
He later told me, “I will benefit a lot from what I do for Falun Gong. It would be shameful for me to enter a guilty plea when representing a practitioner.”
More and more people now know the truth about the goodness of Falun Gong.
