Thoughts about Experience-Sharing Articles for World Falun Dafa Day

April 12, 2018 |   By a Falun Gong practitioner in Hunan, China

(Minghui.org) World Falun Dafa Day 2018 is fast approaching! To celebrate this auspicious moment in history, the Minghui editorial staff has been calling for articles since March 5.

Our compassionate Master made Falun Dafa (also known as Falun Gong) available to the public in May 1992. The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) began persecuting the practice seven years later, in July 1999. Practitioners have worked very hard since then to save millions of sentient beings who've been misled by the CCP's anti-Falun Gong propaganda.

As brutal as the persecution is, it cannot change the hearts of genuine cultivators. Practitioners have been steadfastly assisting Master during the Fa-rectification, while Master has been patiently guiding and watching over us. Shouldn't we treasure this once-in-a-lifetime experience?

Some practitioners say, “I don't know what to write.” Others lack confidence in their writing skills, saying. “I'll let the writers among us take the lead on this.” I think these are everyday people's notions.

Actually, the writing process itself can remove a myriad of degenerate views and attachments, and when we improve our xinxing, many bad substances in the universe will no longer be able to interfere with us.

Master said,

“If you have strong righteous thoughts, gods will help you.” (from “Fa Teaching at the 2016 New York Fa Conference”)

When we clarify the truth, we should tell people about the health and moral benefits of practicing Falun Dafa. Minghui has created a platform that enables us to share our cultivation experiences with the world. What excuses do you harbor that prevent you from participating in and treasuring this most precious opportunity?

Master said,

“Yesterday a reporter asked me, 'What has made you the happiest in your whole life?' Of course, my whole life has been devoted to this one thing. I said, as to matters of ordinary people, there’s nothing that would make me happiest, but when I hear or see students sharing their experiences, that is when I feel most gratified.” (from Teaching the Fa at the Conference in the Midwest-U.S.)

I hope that fellow practitioners will take this call for articles seriously. Isn't this a great opportunity to show how you've benefited from the practice? Doesn't this help validate Falun Dafa?
