Greetings from 57 Countries: Practitioners and Supporters Thank Master Li Hongzhi

(Minghui.org) To celebrate the Chinese New Year, the Minghui website received greetings from 57 countries. They were either from practitioners who have benefited from the practice or their family and friends who have witnessed the practitioners' positive changes.

Greetings from Changchun, Jilin Province, where Falun Dafa was introduced to the public in 1992.

Some practitioners recalled their group practice sites before the persecution began in 1999. The picture above was taken on January 1, 1998, when practitioners from Indonesia and Taiwan participated.

Greetings from Northeast Normal University. Many practitioners used to do the exercises together by the lake and told others about the self-improvement meditation system before the persecution began in 1999.

Despite the severe persecution, practitioners are determined in their belief. “We are very fortunate to be Dafa disciples. Maser has been taking care of us all along. We will do well following the principles of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance so that we leave no regrets,” wrote one practitioner detained in Jingzhou City, Hubei Province.

The greetings came from practitioners in all walks of life. “We are very grateful to Master Li for guiding us and improving our health and xinxing,” wrote a practitioner who works in national defense in Datong City, Shanxi Province. “Our gratitude is beyond words and we will do the three things well to save more people.”

Supporters: Hope for the Future

Many people have chosen to help practitioners despite the difficult suppression and their decision led to all kinds of blessings.

One 82-year-old woman in Laizhou City, Shandong Province, had a stroke and acute heart disease on Chinese New Year's Day 2017. In the emergency room, she was still in a coma. Her son stayed next to her and kept reciting, “Falun Dafa is good.” About 10 minutes later, the woman regained consciousness and fully recovered in three days. Her family and relatives who witnessed this were all impressed, and some of them began to practice, too.

One resident of Tangyuan County, Heilongjiang Province, said his parents were divorced when he was very young. “With no love at home, I spent lots of time with friends learning how to fight,” he recounted. After hearing about Falun Dafa and its principles, he saw things differently and was able to handle conflicts calmly and rationally. “Although I am not a practitioner, I have learned so much from Falun Dafa and understand that we have to be good people, so that we will have a great future.”

A middle school student said she had been exposed to the slanderous propaganda just like everyone else. After a practitioner clarified the facts to her and explained how the communist party defamed the practice, she understood what the real story was. “I announced that I quit the Party's Young Pioneers and I refused to join the Youth League,” she added. She said her grades have improved since then and she is very happy.

A businessman in Beijing said that, after reciting “Falun Dafa is good, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good,” his health improved and he hardly needed any medication. His business also improved. “I know all these are from you and Falun Dafa,” this man wrote. “Thank you, Master Li, for bringing us hope for the future. I truly wish you a Happy Chinese New Year.”
