1. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Wang Xiaorong Detained

Ms. Wang Xiaorong, 39, was arrested on November 9, 2018. The police confiscated a picture of the founder of Falun Gong and her Falun Gong books. She was taken to the Harbin City Detention Center for 15 days. Her detention was extended, however, on November 24, and she is currently being held in the Harbin No. 2 Detention Center.

2. [Bin County, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Huang Jingjie and Ms. Wang Yaqin Detained

Ms. Huang Jingjie was arrested by officers from the Bin County Police Department on November 9, 2018. She was taken to Harbin City No. 2 Detention Center for 15 days.

Ms. Wang Yaqin, in her 70s, was arrested on November 9. The police confiscated her Falun Gong books, a picture of the founder of Falun Gong, informational materials about the persecution of Falun Gong, and paper currency bills with information about Falun Gong on them. She is still being detained.

3. [Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Yang Yuhui Taken to Prison

Ms. Yang Yuhui was sentenced to a seven-year prison term by the Taihe District Court on August 21, 2018. She appealed, but was taken to Liaoning Women's Prison in late November.

4. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Shan Qinshu Detained

Ms. Shan Qinshu was arrested by deputy head Song Zhenghe (宋正和), from the Sujiatun District Domestic Security Division, and other officers, on December 8, 2018. She is being held in the Shenyang No. 1 Detention Center.

5. [Fushun City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Zhou Yufang Detained

Ms. Zhou Yufang was arrested by officers from the Qianjin Police Station in the Xinfu District on December 10, 2018. She was taken to the Nangou Detention Center for 15 days.

6. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Jiang Shilin and Mr. Gao Hui Persecuted

Mr. Jiang Shilin was incarcerated in the Shenyang No. 1 Prison. He was subsequently moved to the “high security reserve area” to be subjected to severe persecution because he refused to do hard labor. He began a hunger strike in mid-November 2018 to protest the persecution.

Mr. Gao Hui was also moved to the “high security reserve area” because he shouted “Falun Dafa is good” in front of prison director Wang Hongbo (王洪波).

7. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Zhu Weijun Detained

Mr. Zhu Weijun was arrested at home by officers from the Harbinlu Police Station in the Kaifa District on August 22, 2018, and his residence was ransacked. His arrest was approved by the Procuratorate of Dalian Economic and Technological Development Zone on September 27.

Mr. Zhu's case was handed over to the Shahekou District Procuratorate in Dalian on November 30. He is being held in the Yaojia Detention Center.

8. [Beijing] Ms. Chen Yan Detained

Ms. Chen Yan, 50, was arrested on December 3, 2018, for posting informational materials about the persecution of Falun Gong. Officers from the Shijingshan Police Department and Bajiao Police Station ransacked her home and confiscated Falun Gong books, informational materials, and computers. She is being held in the Shijingshan Detention Center.

Ms. Chen Shumin, 60, was arrested by officers from the Yunhe District Domestic Security Division on December 4, 2018, for talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong. Her home was ransacked, and she was taken to the Cangzhou Detention Center.

11. [Qianan City, Hebei Province] Mr. Guo Zhengping Arrested

Mr. Guo Zhengping was arrested by plainclothes officers from Qianan Town on December 7, 2018, for talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong. He was taken to the Kouzhuang Town Police Station.

12. [Botou City, Hebei Province] Ms. Wang Yuling Sentenced

Ms. Wang Yuling has been held in the Renqiu Detention Center for six months. She was recently sentenced to a two-year prison term.

Mr. Dai Yanliang, 66, was arrested by officers from the Xuchang City Domestic Security Division and Nanguan Police Station on July 21, 2018. He is being held in the Xuchang County Detention Center, and his case has been passed to the Xuchang Procuratorate.

14. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Ms. Xu Huifang Arrested

Ms. Xu Huifang, 70, was arrested by officers from the Dongting Police Station in the Huiguohu District on December 9, 2018, for talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong.
