1. [Beijing] Mr. Du Haihua Detained

Mr. Du Haihua was arrested by Mulin Police Station officers on November 29, 2018, when he was talking to people about Falun Gong at his workplace. The officers ransacked his home and confiscated Falun Dafa books.

Mr. Du is being held in the Nihe Detention Center in the Shunyi District.

2. [Jining City, Shandong Province] Mr. Ma Mingjun's Case Turned Over to Court

Mr. Ma Mingjun from Zoucheng City was arrested by officers from the Zhongxin Police Station on November 10, 2018, when he was posting Falun Gong materials. He was held in the Zoucheng Detention Center for over 20 days.

Mr. Ma was officially placed under arrest, and his case has been turned over to the court.

3. [Liaocheng City, Shandong Province] Ms. Guo Ying and Another Practitioner Detained

Ms. Guo Ying and another practitioner from Chiping County were arrested by officers from the Boping Town Police Station on the morning of November 30, 2018, when they were talking to people about Falun Gong at the Boping Farmers' Market. They were taken to the Guan County Detention Center.

Ms. Zhang Yanming and Ms. Li from Guangming Township, Yushu City, were arrested at home on November 26, 2018.

Ms. Wang Xiaohong from Xiejia Township, Yushu City, was arrested at home on November 29, 2018. She was detained for five days.

7. [Anshan City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Chen Ruilan Detained

Ms. Chen Ruilan was arrested by officers from the Lishan Police Department and Shenbei Police Station on November 10, 2018, when she was talking to people about Falun Gong. Her home was ransacked.

Ms. Chen is being held in the Anshan City No. 1 Women's Detention Center.

8. [Chongqing] Mr. Wu Qun Arrested

Mr. Wu Qun from the Banan District was arrested by officers from Shuanghekou Town Police Station on the morning of November 28, 2018, when he was distributing Falun Gong materials in Shuanghekou. His whereabouts are unknown.

Mr. Xiao Mincheng was scheduled to be tried in the Jintang County Court on December 3, 2018.

10. [Shantou City, Guangdong Province] Four Practitioners Arrested

Ms. Wu Peiwen, Ms. Wu Peishan, Ms. Xialian, and another female practitioner were arrested by officers from the Jinping District Domestic Security Division and Guangxia Police Station on the afternoon of November 28, 2018, when they were studying Falun Gong teachings together at Ms. Wu Peiwen's home in the Kuihuayuan residential community. The officers ransacked the place and confiscated photos of the founder of Falun Gong.

Ms. Wu Peiwen's brother-in-law Mr. Xu Daoming was also arrested, and his home ransacked. The officers confiscated photos of the founder of Falun Gong and DVDs.

Ms. Wu Peishan, Ms. Xialian, and Mr. Xu were released, while Ms. Wu Peiwen was taken to the Koupu Detention Center.

11. [Yantai City, Shandong Province] Ms. Gao Meiying Detained

Ms. Gao Meiying from Jiangtuan Town, Laiyang City, was arrested by officers from the Laiyang Domestic Security Division on November 29, 2018. Her home was ransacked and her computers and other equipment were confiscated.

Ms. Gao is being held in the Zhaowangzhuang Detention Center.

12. [Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Song Xiaofen and Ms. Song Ruixiang Arrested

Ms. Song Xiaofen and Ms. Song Ruixiang from the No. 10 Production Plant in the Daqing Oil Field were arrested by officers from Chaoyanggou Town Police Station on November 30, 2018, when they were talking to people about Falun Gong.

They were taken to the county detention center for 15 days, but Ms. Song Ruixiang was not admitted because she failed the physical exam.
