1. [Beijing] Mr. Si Huanzeng Arrested

Mr. Si Huanzeng was arrested in November 2017. His whereabouts are unknown.

2. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Ms. Zhao Shuxian Detained

Ms. Zhao Shuxian from Yushu City was reported to the authorities for talking to people about Falun Gong on December 1, 2017. She was arrested and taken to the Yushu City Police Department by officers from the Xiangyang Police Station.

Ms. Zhao was later taken to a detention center for ten days of detention.

3. [Nanchong City, Sichuan Province] Mr. Li Yuelin Detained

Mr. Li Yuelin from Nanbu County was arrested on December 16, 2017. He is being held in the Huafeng Detention Center.

4. [Anqing City, Anhui Province] Ms. Tang Hexiang Tortured

Ms. Tang Hexiang was arrested in her florist shop by officers from the Anqing Domestic Security Division and the Susong County Domestic Security Division on the morning of January 16, 2007.

Ms. Tang was taken to the Anqing City No. 2 Detention Center, where she was tortured.

5. [Fuyang City, Anhui Province] Mr. Tian Hui Tried

Mr. Tian Hui was arrested by officers from the Taihe County Domestic Security Division and the Hongshan Town Police Station on February 15, 2017. He was taken to the Taihe County Detention Center.

Mr. Tian was tried in the Taihe Court on November 12, 2017. However, his case was returned to the Procuratorate for supplementary investigation. He was tried again on December 20.

Mr. Yan Qingxue from Hongshan Town, Daihe County, was arrested by officers from the Hongshan Town Police Station on December 20, 2017. The officers ransacked his home and confiscated photos of the founder of Falun Gong and tapes of Falun Gong lectures. Mr. Yan was taken to the police station.

Ms. Cong Guiping and Ms. Zhang Zhaohua were arrested on December 22, 2017, for handing out calendars with Falun Gong content.

Ms. Du Hexian was force-fed in the Baoding Detention Center. She is now in critical condition and shakes uncontrollably.

Ms. Zhu Rurong from Zewang Village, Nanxiakou Town, Dongguang County, was arrested by officers from the Dadan Police Station on December 19, 2017, for distributing Falun Gong materials in Hougao Village, Dadan Township.

Ms. Zhu was taken to the Dongguang Domestic Security Division, and was released the following day.

Ms. Zhang Yanliang from Zhucaoying Town was reported to the authorities by Shi Lijun, Dongbuluo Village Party secretary, for talking to people about Falun Gong on December 21, 2017. She was arrested by officers from the Zhucaoying Town Police Station.

The officers ransacked her home and confiscated a computer and photos of the founder of Falun Gong.

Ms. Zhang was taken to the Qinhuangdao Detention Center.

Mr. Sun Zhuanjian was arrested on December 19, 2017. He is being held in the Pingtai Detention Center.

Ms. Wu Rui from Wuhan University was arrested at home by officers from the Shizishan Police Station's Domestic Security Division, Hongshan District, around November 7, 2017. Her home was ransacked.

17. [Chongqing] Mr. Liao Jianhua Detained

Mr. Liao Jianhua, 61, was arrested by officers from the Yubei Police Department on September 30, 2017. The officers confiscated a desktop computer, four printers, a DVD burner, and photos of the founder of Falun Gong.

Mr. Liao was taken to the Qingmuguan Detention Center in the Shapingba District.

18. [Xianyang City, Shaanxi Province] Mr. Ma Minghai on Hunger Strike, in Critical Condition

Mr. Ma Minghai was arrested on May 10, 2016. He and his elder sister Ms. Ma Jie were each sentenced to a four-year prison term on December 13, 2016.

Mr. Ma remains in the Qindu District Detention Center. He went on hunger strike in December 2017, and is now very thin and in critical condition.
