Ms. Zhu Aihua from Xiangshan County was arrested on the evening of December 11, 2017, for distributing Falun Gong materials. She is being held in the Xiangshan County Detention Center.

2. [Chongqing] Ms. Deng Lufen Arrested

Ms. Deng Lufen from the Yubei District was arrested at home on December 19, 2017. Her home was ransacked. Her whereabouts are unknown.

3. [Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang Province] Nine Practitioners Facing Trial

Mr. Zhang Fuhai, Mr. Gao Fuping, Mr. Li Shunjiang, Mr. Zhang Liqun, Mr. Tian Yong, Mr. Wang Aihua, Mr. Zhang Shimin, Ms. Song Yulan, and Mr. Zhao Yi from the Tiefeng District were arrested in March 2017 for hanging Falun Gong banners.

The nine practitioners will be tried in the Tiefeng District Court on December 26, 2017.

5. [Pingdingshan City, Henan Province] Ms. Liu Yuxia Facing Trial

Ms. Liu Yuxia was arrested by officers from the Guangminglu Police Station on June 22, 2017. She was taken to the Baofeng County Detention Center.

Ms. Liu will be tried in the Xinhua District Court on December 22, 2017.

Mr. Gao Hongbai from Xiaozhen Village, Landi Town, Pingdu City, was reported to the authorities for handing out calendars with Falun Gong information on December 16, 2017. He was arrested by officers from the Landi Town Police Station.

Mr. Gao is being held in the Pingdu City Detention Center.

7. [Dezhou City, Shandong Province] Ms. Pan Xiangli Detained

Ms. Pan Xiangli, 33, was arrested on the morning of December 7, 2017. Her home was ransacked.

Ms. Pan is being held in the Dezhou City Detention Center.

8. [Qinhuangdao City, Hebei Province] Ms. Cai Suzhen Arrested

Ms. Cai Suzhen from Zushan Town was arrested by Weng Jixin, director of the Zushan Town Police Station, and other officers on December 20, 2017. The officers confiscated photos of, and books written by, the founder of Falun Gong.
