Lay Buddhist Has Profound Understanding of Falun Dafa

January 12, 2018 |   By a Falun Dafa practitioner in Hubei Province, China

(Minghui.org) A Falun Dafa practitioner and I met a lay Buddhist last summer who had a profound understanding of Falun Dafa, and deeply inspired us.

The lay Buddhist was reading the palms of two young women outside of a store when we met her. The other practitioner followed the two women into the store to clarify the truth about Falun Dafa cultivation practice.

This lay Buddhist had practiced Amitabha Buddhism for 30 years. She was over 50- years-old and had a rosy complexion. She was very excited when she learned that we practiced Falun Dafa and said: “The two of you are as kindhearted as a Bodhisattva! You are truly compassionate and do good deeds.”

She gave us thumbs up and bowed at a 90-degree angle to show her respect as she spoke with us. Her voice was sonorous, sincere and honest. We were very touched.

Then, she followed us and said, “There are so many people on the street. Some won't have the opportunity to reincarnate and will cease to exist after the big elimination. The people who remain will be true humans.”

“The kindhearted is cheated by mortals but not God. The evil is dreaded by men but not heaven. Heaven is aware of and keeps accounts of humans' deeds. Good is rewarded and evil is punished is a heavenly principle.”

She also told us that a public security bureau director asked an elderly woman who worships Buddha, “What kind of Buddha do you believe in? The people who really believe in Buddha practice Falun Dafa. They are true cultivators and are good people.”

She said that she tells people that Falun Dafa is good. She is not afraid of being arrested because Master is truly extraordinary and saving people.

Before parting, she said, “I've read Zhuan Falun. I recite, 'Falun Dafa is good. Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good. Master Li is good,' the moment I wake up. Then I begin my day.”

She gave us another thumbs up and respectfully bowed in reverence to our Master.
