1. [Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia] Ms. Sheng Xiuhuan's Case Filed in Court

Ms. Sheng Xiuhuan from Sidaowanzi Town, Aohan Banner, Chifeng City was held in Aohan Banner Detention Center for two months by June 2017. The Procuratorate has accepted her case.

2. [Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia] Ms. Zhang Yumei and Ms. Li Fengxian Detained

Ms. Zhang Yumei and Ms. Li Fengxian were arrested by the Songshan District Police Department on June 20, 2017. They are being held at Wenzhong Detention Center, Songshan District.

3. [Yongji County, Jilin Province] Ms. Han Yan Arrested

Ms. Han Yan was arrested at work by officers from Beidahu Police Station on the afternoon of June 13, 2017. Her home was ransacked, and Falun Gong books, a printer, a computer, and other items were confiscated.

4. [Jiaohe City, Jilin Province] Mr. Zhang Zhijun Arrested

Mr. Zhang Zhijun was arrested on the morning of June 13, 2017. His car was confiscated.

5. [Pengzhou City, Sichuan Province] Mr. Su Jiming Detained

Mr. Su Jiming was arrested by officers from Chengbei Police Station, Deyang City on the morning of June 14, 2017 when he was telling others about the persecution of Falun Gong. He was held at Shuangdong Detention Center for five days.

6. [Tianjin] Ms. Chen Yumei's Arrest

Ms. Chen Yumei was arrested by officers from Banchanglu Police Station on the evening of June 14, 2017. Someone reported her when she was telling others about the persecution of Falun Gong in Binhai New District. She was detained for 10 days and then taken to Dagang Detention Center. She exhibited high blood pressure that evening and was released.

Mr. Zhang Congjie was sentenced to five years by Jiaozhou City Court on June 9, 2017.

8. [Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province] Ms. Zhou Zaiyu Detained

Ms. Zhou Zaiyu, 66, was arrested on May 25, 2017 when she was distributing Falun Gong truth-clarification materials. She was held at Tianhe Detention Center and then taken to Guangzhou City Brainwashing Center on June 5, 2017.

9. [Beihai City, Guangxi Province] Practitioners Arrested

Practitioners were arrested at Ms. Jiang Zhaoying's home by a dozen plainclothes officers on the evening of June 14, 2017 when they were reading a Falun Gong book. The officers ransacked Ms. Jiang's home and confiscated a picture of Falun Gong's founder and Falun Gong books and materials.

10. [Baise City, Guangxi Province] Mr. Huang Bifang Detained in Brainwashing Center

Mr. Huang Bifang was taken to a brainwashing center on June 7, 2017 by agents from Youjiang District 610 Office and officers from the Domestic Security Division and Sitang Police Station.

11. [Li County, Hebei Province] Mr. Wang Xianghui Arrested

Mr. Wang Xianghui was arrested by officers led by Wang Junchang, captain of Li County Domestic Security Division, and Gu, CCP secretary of Xinxing Town, at noon on June 16, 2017. The officers ransacked Mr. Wang's home and confiscated his notebook computer and other items.

12. [Xingyang City, Henan Province] Ms. Liu Xia Still Detained

Ms. Liu Xia, a teacher at No. 10 Middle School, was arrested for telling others about the persecution of Falun Gong by officers from Wuxing Township Police Station on the afternoon of May 24, 2017. She was held for 15 days in Xingyang No. 1 Detention Facility and transferred to Xingyang No. 1 Detention Center on June 9, 2017.

13. [Linzhou City, Henan Province] Persecution Update

Ms. Li Jiangsu, Ms. Zhao Cuiqin, Ms. Wang Guiying, Ms. Li Huansu, Ms. Li Jieqing, and Ms. Guo Huanying were arrested by police from Yuankang Town Police station on March 28, 2017 when they were telling others about the persecution of Falun Gong. Police threatened them and took blood samples by force at the Domestic Security Division. Ms. Zhao, in her 70s, was released the next day. Ms. Li Jiangsu, Ms. Wang, and Ms. Guo were released after being detained for 17 days. Ms. Li Jieqing and Ms. Li Huansu are being held at Anyang Detention Center.

14. [Songyang County, Zhejiang Province] Three Practitioners Detained

Ms. Hui Shan of Gushi Town was arrested on the afternoon of May 22, 2017 for writing about the persecution of Falun Gong on WeChat, a Chinese social media. She was held at Songyang Detention Center.

Ms. Duan Nei and Ms. Wang Hui were arrested the same day and held at Songyang Detention Center.

15. Pingjiang County, Hunan Province] Mr. Zhu Songmin Detained in Brainwashing Center

Mr. Zhu Songmin of Meixian Town was taken to Pingjiang County Brainwashing Center by Peng Xinde and others from the town's Political and Legal Affairs Committee on the morning of June 15, 2017.

Mr. Du Hongjun of Huanggu District was arrested on June 28, 2016. He was sentenced to three years by Yuhong District Court on June 9, 2017.

Ms. Guo Yuzhu was arrested at home on June 7, 2017. She is being held in Jiamusi Detention Center.

18. [Hailin City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Chen Xitao Detained

Ms. Chen Xitao from Hailin City was arrested on the afternoon of June 13, 2017 after she presented her resident ID to purchase a ticket at Harbin Railroad Station. She was taken back to Hailin City on June 14. Police ransacked her home and confiscated a photo of Falun Gong's founder, a computer, printer, cell phone, and cash. It is unknown where she is being held.
