(Minghui.org) There have been many trials and tribulations on practitioners’ paths of cultivation, and we have overcome them with Master's help. And there are also many signs that indicate Spring is coming.
The situation in China is changing, as evidenced by the arrests and punishment of Chinese Communist Party (CCP) officials who actively followed Jiang Zemin in the persecution of Falun Dafa. Many more people also know about the practice and the persecution.
Based on my experience of talking to people, I feel that they now easily accept the facts, and some even help to clarify the truth.
While I was talking to a vendor about the persecution one time, a woman came over and listened to our conversation. She later smiled and told the vendor, “All of it—the killing of Falun Dafa practitioners and the harvesting their organs—was done by Jiang Zemin. It is true. You should quit the CCP immediately!”
Another time, I did not need to say much about the persecution before the woman I was talking to said, “Let them get punished soon!”
Master said,
“If you live very well among everyday people, how can you practice cultivation? How can your karma be transformed? How will you have an environment to upgrade your xinxing and transform your karma?” (Zhuan Falun)
Although the environment in China is improving, there are still several practitioners in our area who only study the Fa and do the exercises at home, and do not participate in truth-clarification activities. These practitioners are too attached to taking care of their family members and neglect going out to help save sentient beings, or attend group Fa-study.
Some have had sickness karma for several years, which reflects negatively on Dafa. While others have even said, “We do not need to intentionally do truth-clarification. Whenever we have time, we will talk to people about quitting the Party. If they are able to quit, they will quit. Let nature take its course.”
My understanding is that the yardstick used to measure how diligent practitioners cultivate is the same no matter how different our paths are. The standard for Consummation is the same:
“We should keep up with the pace of Fa-rectification and save more sentient beings.” (“Further Elimination of Attachments,” from Essentials for Further Advancement)
I sometimes slacked off in truth-clarification, especially if something came up. I didn’t tell people about quitting the CCP, and regretted it. I later tried to make up for it by going out to persuade people to quit the Party. How can I fulfill my mission and return home if I am like this?
Although I go out to clarify the truth almost every day, I still feel regretful when I see practitioners who leave early in the morning and return late at night, traveling far from home to save sentient beings. They persuade dozens or even over a hundred people to quit the Party. Some are 70 or 80 years old and always do the three things well. If every practitioner was like them, our environment would not be like this.
Fellow practitioners, we have walked a long way in our cultivation and should not lag behind during the last stage of Fa-rectification. We should be more diligent! Let us hold hands, form a unified body, and move forward to our ultimate goal. Master is waiting for us at the end.
