1. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Lu Liguang Detained

Mr. Lu Liguang and three other practitioners from Beile Village, Sanshilipu Town were arrested by the Pulandian District police on the evening of March 20, 2017, for distributing Falun Gong materials. The other three practitioners escaped. Mr. Lu is being held in the Pulandian District Detention Center.

2. [Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Li Shunjiang Arrested

Mr. Li Shunjiang was arrested by officers from the Jianhua Police Department on March 21, 2017.

3. [Fushun City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Zheng Yunlan Detained

Ms. Zheng Yunlan was arrested on the afternoon of March 18, 2017, for distributing Falun Gong materials. She was extorted of 50,000 yuan. She is being held in the Nangou Detention Center for ten days of detention.

4. [Liaocheng City, Shandong Province] Mr. Zhang Xiansheng and Mr. Wang Hongliang Arrested

Mr. Zhang Xiansheng from Sangqiao Village, Sang'e Town, and Mr. Wang Hongliang from Xinzhuang Village, Weizhuang Town, Shen County were arrested by officers from the Sang'e Town Police Station on March 21, 2017, for talking to people about Falun Gong. Their homes were ransacked.

5. [Shanghai] Mr. Feng Xingji Detained

Mr. Feng Xingji from Jing'an District was arrested and taken to the Luodian Police Station in Baoshan District by three plainclothes officers on the morning of March 21, 2017. His home was subsequently ransacked by officers from the Sanquanlu Police Station, Jing'an District. Mr. Feng is being held in the Jing'an District Detention Center.

Ms. Wang Xingxiang from Dehui City was arrested on the morning of March 17, 2017, for talking to people about Falun Gong. She was taken to a detention center.

7. [Linying County, Henan Province] Ms. Hao Ailian Detained

Ms. Hao Ailian, from Xiezhuang Village, Wanggang Town, was arrested recently and taken to the Linying County Detention Center.

8. [Guiyang City, Guizhou Province] Ms. Yang Li and Ms. Wu Guangyu Arrested

Ms. Yang Li and Ms. Wu Guangyu from Baiyun District were arrested by plainclothes officers on the morning of March 13, 2017, for distributing Falun Gong materials. They were taken to the Baiyun District Drug Rehabilitation Center. The rehabilitation center refused to admit Ms. Wu after she failed the physical exam due to high blood pressure. She was released. Ms. Yang remains in custody.

9. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Ai Yanjing Detained

Ms. Ai Yanjing from Kangping County was arrested by officers from the Diaobingshan Police Department in Tieling City, on March 21, 2017. She is being held in the Tieling City Detention Center.

10. [Suihua City, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Guo Yuchen and Ms. Li Hongrong Detained

Mr. Guo Yuchen, 69, from Anda City, was followed and arrested by plainclothes officers on March 19, 2017, for talking to people about Falun Gong. He was taken to the Anda Detention Center for 15 days of detention.

Ms. Li Hongrong, 55, was followed and chased to the gate of the Introduction of FuRuiBang Biotech Co., Ltd on Liudao Street on March 20, 2017, for talking to people about Falun Gong. She was taken to the Anda Detention Center for ten days of detention.

11. [Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Hao Mingmei Detained

Ms. Hao Mingmei was arrested by officers from the Daqing City Police Department and the Chengfeng Police Department on the afternoon of March 22, 2017. She is being held in the Longfeng Detention Center.

12. [Benxi City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Liu Liyuan and Ms. Geng Shufen Arrested

Ms. Liu Liyuan and Ms. Geng Shufen were arrested on March 18, 2017, for talking to people about Falun Gong. Ms. Liu is being held in the Benxi Detention Center. Ms. Geng was released for high blood pressure after three days of custody in the police station.

13. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Ms. Hou Yulan and Other Practitioners Arrested

Ms. Hou Yulan and other practitioners were arrested by State Security officers on the afternoon of March 18, 2017. Ms. Hou is being held in the Wuhan City No. 1 Detention Center. The other practitioners' whereabouts are unknown.

14. [Heze City, Shandong Province] Ms. Ma Xiuqin and Ms. Wang Xiangling Arrested

Ms. Ma Xiuqin and Ms. Wang Xiangling from Juye County were arrested on the morning of March 20, 2017, for talking to people about Falun Gong. Their homes were ransacked.

Ms. Wu Lingzhen from Minhang District was arrested by officers from the Huacao Police Station on the afternoon of March 20, 2017, for talking to people about Falun Gong. She is being held in the Minhang District Detention Center for 15 days of detention.

16. [Fushun City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Zhang Shouhui and Ms. Jin Fengzhi Taken to Liaoning Province Women's Prison

Ms. Zhang Shouhui and Ms. Jin Fengzhi from Qingyuan County were taken to the Liaoning Province Women's Prison on February 7, 2017.

17. [Dandong City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Zhao Hong'e and Ms. Zhang Shujie Arrested

Ms. Zhao Hong'e and Ms. Zhang Shujie were arrested by officers from the Maokuishan Police Station on the afternoon of March 21, 2017, for talking to people about Falun Gong.

Ms. Zhao was given a eight-year prison term. She was released in September 2015. Ms. Zhang was given a seven-year prison term. She was released in March 2016.

18. [Chongqing] Ms. Yang Longmei and Ms. Yu Xianlan Arrested

Ms. Yang Longmei and Ms. Yu Xianlan are both retired workers from the Songzao Coal & Electricity Company, Qijiang District. They were reported for talking to people about Falun Gong on March 21, 2017. They were arrested and their homes were ransacked by officers from the Datong Town Police Station.

19. [Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang Province] Six Practitioners Arrested

Ms. Liu Mingying, Mr. Wang Xin, and Ms. Zhang Yanhua were arrested at Ms. Liu's home on March 20, 2017.

Mr. Wang Yudong, his wife Xiaomin, and Ms. Wang Yan went to Ms. Liu's home on March 21. They were arrested by officers from the Jianshelu Police Station, who were staked out nearby.

20. [Baiyin City, Gansu Province] Mr. Wang Ligui Arrested

Mr. Wang Ligui, 55, was arrested on February 25, 2017, for distributing Falun Gong materials. His whereabouts are unknown.

21. [Sanmen County, Zhejiang Province] Mr. Ye Jinyue Abused in Detention Center

Mr. Ye Jinyue from Xiakeng Village was arrested in March 2016. He has been held in the Sanmen County Detention Center, where he was severely abused. His condition is worrisome.
