4. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Yi Wenjun and Husband Mr. Ding Zhongbing Arrested

Ms. Yi Wenjun and her husband Mr. Ding Zhongbing from Mudian Alley, Qingyang District, were arrested at home by officers from the local police station and residential community service center staff at noon on October 17, 2017.

5. [Suining City, Sichuan Province] Mr. Wang Qijun and Wife Ms. Hou Suhua Arrested

Mr. Wang Qijun and his wife Ms. Hou Suhua from Hengshan Town, Anju District, were arrested by officers from the Hengshan Town Police Station and the town Comprehensive Management Office staff on the morning of October 17, 2017 for talking to people about Falun Gong. Their home was ransacked. Falun Gong books, printed materials, cash, paper currency with Falun Gong information printed on them, and a computer were confiscated.

6. [Tongling City, Anhui Province] Mr. Du Longbao Detained

Mr. Du Longbao, an employee at the Tongling City Power Plant, was arrested early October 2017 for talking to people about Falun Gong. His Falun Gong books and a computer were confiscated. He was detained for five days.

7. [Dongying City, Shandong Province] Mr. Zhu Hengde Detained

Mr. Zhu Hengde, a retired worker from the Gudao Oil Production Plant, Shengli Oilfield, was arrested at home on October 7, 2017. He was taken to the Niuzhuang Detention Center. The police ransacked his home and confiscated all Falun Gong books and print materials.

8. [Jinan City, Shandong Province] Mr. Yang Wei and Other Practitioners Arrested

Mr. Yang Wei and other practitioners were arrested by officers from the Tianxiadiyiquan Scenic Police Station on September 29, 2017.

9. [Weifang City, Shandong Province] Mr. Liu Haobin Arrested

Mr. Liu Haobin from Nanlun Village, Yuhe Town, Weicheng District, was arrested and his home ransacked on the morning of October 19, 2017.

10. [Zhaoyuan City, Shandong Province] Mr. Li Wende Detained

Mr. Li Wende was arrested by officers from the Zhaoyuan Domestic Security Division at noon on October 17, 2017. The officers ransacked his home and confiscated Falun Gong books and paper currency with Falun Gong information printed on them. He was taken to the Zhaoyuan Detention Center.

11. [Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province] Ms. Fang Xiuying Arrested

Ms. Fang Xiuying was reported for talking to people about Falun Gong on October 18, 2017. She was arrested by officers from the Banqiao Police Station, Yuhuatai District.

12. [Ruichang City, Jiangxi Province] Mr. Wang Lianghao, Wife Ms. Zhang Hong, and Three-year-old Son Detained

Mr. Wang Lianghao, his wife Ms. Zhang Hong, and their three-year-old son from Xian'an District, Xianning City, Hubei Province, went to Ruichang City, Jiangxi Province, to mail Falun Gong truth clarification letters. They were arrested and their home ransacked by officers from the Ruichang City 610 Office and the Domestic Security Division. The family of three were taken to the Ruichang City Detention Center on September 18, 2017.

13. [Beijing] Mr. Zhu Zhiliang Detained

Mr. Zhu Zhiliang from Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province, was arrested at his rented home in Chaoyang District, Beijing, by officers from the Anzhen Police Station, Chaoyang District, on September 30, 2017. He is held in the Chaoyang District Detention Center.

14. [Shanghai] Ms. Zhang Muying and Ms. Li Ya Detained

Ms. Zhang Muying and Ms. Li Ya from Hubei Province were arrested by plainclothes officers at the Wanda Plaza, Songjiang District, Shanghai, on October 6, 2017 for talking to people about Falun Gong. They are held in the Qingpu Detention Center.

Ms. Xu Lixiu went to the Wuhan City No. 1 Detention Center to deposit some money for practitioners detained there, on the afternoon of October 19, 2017. She was arrested by plainclothes officers in the detention center reception hall when she swiped her identification (ID) card through the scanner. She was held in the detention center.

Ms. Wang Guixia and another practitioner from the Chengguan Neighborhood, Xinzhou District, was clarifying the truth about Falun Gong on October 18, 2017. She was arrested and her home ransacked by officers from the Sandian Township Police Station. She was held in the Erzhigou No. 1 Detention Center, Dongxihu District, for 15 days.

18. [Shaoyang City, Hunan Province] Several Practitioners Arrested

Officials in charge of neighborhoods and officers from the local police stations were ordered by the Shaoyang City 610 Office to arrest Ms. Zhao Yanbo, Ms. Lei Donghua, Ms. Yan Shuzhou, and other practitioners between September and October 2017.

19. [Zunyi City, Guizhou Province] Ms. Zhou Wanxia Arrested

Ms. Zhou Wanxia was arrested on October 18, 2017.

20. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Lin Jingping Detained

Mr. Lin Jingping from the Development Zone was arrested on October 8, 2017. He is held in the Yaojia Detention Center.

Ms. Yang Guiqin and her husband Mr. Li Guibin were arrested by officers from the Qilihe Police Station and the Yi County Domestic Security Division on October 18, 2017 for talking to people about Falun Gong at the Liuwentun farmers market.

Mr. Chen Liang and Mr. Chen Tianjian were arrested by director Wang Liming and officers from the Jianling Police Station.

24. [Xi'an City, Shaanxi Province] Mr. Chen Mingan Very Weak

Mr. Chen Mingan was transferred to the Qujiang Prison from the Weinan Prison on September 15, 2017. He was was diagnosed with heart disease by Xin'an Hospital. He was taken back to the Weinan Prison. His family demanded that he be released on medical parole, which was denied. His family went to see him on October 18 and noticed that his condition was still serious. He looked thin and weak.

25. [Shuangcheng City, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Liu Renjiang Detained

Mr. Liu Renjiang, 53, from Zhiye Village, Xiqin Township, was arrested on October 9, 2017. He was taken to a detention center.

26. [Jixi City, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Jiang Yabin Sentenced to Prison

Mr. Jiang Yabin from Liumao Township, Hengshan District, was given a three-year prison term by the Hengshan District Court on September 30, 2017. He appealed immediately.
