1. [Zunhua City, Hebei Province] Ms. Song Cuiying Detained

Ms. Song Cuiying from Jingziyu Village, Xiaochang County, Jianming Town, was arrested on December 17, 2016 for handing out information about Falun Gong. She is held in the Zunhua Detention Center.

2. [Fuyang City, Anhui Province] Ms. Li Sulan and Ms. Wu Qinghua Detained

Ms. Li Sulan and Ms. Wu Qinghua were arrested by officers from the Yingxi Town Police Station on the morning of December 20, 2016. About 10 officers ransacked their homes that afternoon. Both practitioners are held in the Fuyang City Detention Center for 15 days of detention.

3. [Meizhou City, Guangdong Province] Ms. Huang Xiaozhen Released on Bail

Ms. Huang Xiaozhen was released on bail after her family paid 10,000 yuan on December 21, 2016.

4. [Caohu City, Anhui Province] Four Practitioners Taken to Brainwashing Center

Ms. Zhu Guiying, Ms. Xia Zhenglan, Ms. Jiang Kelan, and Ms. Yao were arrested on December 7, 2016. They were held in the Hefei City Detention Center for 12 days. They were transferred to the Hefei Brainwashing Center on December 19.

5. [Shanghai] Ms. Chen Yang Arrested

Ms. Chen Yang, 68, from Liaoning Province, was arrested by officers from the Chengbei Police Station in Shanghai, on the afternoon of December 16, 2016 for talking to people about Falun Gong.

6. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Four Practitioners Arrested

Ms. Chu Lanying and three other practitioners were arrested on the morning of December 19, 2016.

7. [Benxi City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Jin Junbo Imprisoned and in Critical Condition

Mr. Jin Junbo is in critical condition in the Dongling Prison in Shenyang City.

8. [Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province] Mr. Liu Fu Detained

Mr. Liu Fu and two other practitioners from Liulintun Village, Yangtian Town, Chicheng County, were reported for distributing Falun Gong informational materials and talking to people about Falun Gong on December 17, 2016.

Three officers from the Yangtian Town Police Station led by Zhao Haili went to Mr. Liu's home on the morning of December 19. Mr. Liu was arrested and taken to the town government. He was then taken to the Chicheng Detention Center.

9. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Ms. Chen Weihong Held in Brainwashing Center for Over One Month

Ms. Chen Weihong, 49, was arrested at home by officers from the Shizishan Police Station on November 17, 2016. The officers changed the locks on her home and her office. They confiscated two car loads of office supplies and her car. Ms. Chen has been held in a brainwashing center for over a month. Her daughter is monitored around the clock by plainclothes officers.

10. [Rushan City, Shandong Province] Ms. Wang Wenqi Detained

Ms. Wang Wenqi was arrested by officers from the Rushan City Domestic Security Division for talking to people about Falun Gong on December 17, 2016. She is held in the Rushan City Detention Center.

11. [Fuyu City, Jilin Province] Ms. Yu Guilan Arrested

Officers from the Xiaojia Township Police Station broke into Ms. Yu Guilan's home the second time on December 15, 2016. She was arrested and taken to the police station for interrogation. She was taken back home that day.

12. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Mr. Qi Lin Arrested

Mr. Qi Lin was recently arrested for talking to people about Falun Gong.

13. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Ms. Zhao Guiqin Arrested

Officers from the Chuncheng Street Police Station went to the Ronghejiayuan Residential Community, Luyuan District, to harass Falun Gong practitioners on the afternoon of December 18, 2016.

They went to Ms. Shan Jing's home at first. Ms. Shan was not at home. They confiscated Falun Gong books. They then went to Ms. Zhao Guiqin's home and ransacked it. Ms. Zhao was arrested and dragged into a police car.

14. [Shanghai] Ms. Qiu Jianying Detained

Ms. Qiu Jianying from Pudong New Area was reported for distributing Falun Gong informational materials and talking to people about Falun Gong on October 31, 2016. She was arrested and taken to the Yangsi Police Station. She was then taken to the Pudong Detention Center for 10 days of detention.

15. [Pengzhou City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Hu Chengzhen Harassed

Chen Jiayou, head of Shisi Village, Sanjie Township, and others broke into Ms. Hu Chengzhen'a home and harassed her on the afternoon of December 10. 2016. They tried to force her to sign a guarantee statement to renounce Falun Gong. They went to her home again the following day in order to gather her signature and finger prints. Ms. Chen refused to cooperate. They threatened her husband instead in order to have him sign the statement.

16. [Renqiu City, Hebei Province] Mr. Peng Zhe and Ms. Li Guiying Harassed

Bu Yunfei and other officers from the Rennan Domestic Security Division harassed Mr. Peng Zhe and Ms. Li Guiying on November 7 and 25, 2016. They tried to force both practitioners to renounce Falun Gong.
