(Minghui.org) I have been communicating to mainland Chinese about Falun Dafa and the persecution via the Internet for over 10 years, and I have never felt such a sense of urgency as I do now.
More and more people in China are waiting to hear from us. Every day I think about how to devote more time to this project.
Besides taking care of household chores, studying the Fa, and doing the exercises, I spend much of my time talking to people in China. Sometimes I am online until late at night, especially when some people have misunderstandings. As long as they are willing to listen, I share more information—to the point that sometimes I forget about sleep.
When I wanted to allocate more time to the project, Master Li gave me more time. For example, my mother-in-law was going to stay with me for a while, but all of a sudden my sister-in-law wanted to spend time with her instead. She took her to Yilan City for a week. I knew Master gave me the extra time, so I did not ignore the opportunity to spend more time on the project.
I realize that my xinxing level plays great importance when talking to people. For example, some Internet users would swear at me. I usually apologize, try to calm them down, and not let their behavior affect me. If they were willing to read the information I sent, their attitude changed most of the time.
After I greeted an Internet user one time, he wanted to know if I was going to urge him to quit the CCP. I asked him if he already had. “Is your mother dead?” he then asked me. “If so, I should celebrate.” He continued to tease me and swear at me, and he said that he just wanted to bully me and waste my time.
Yet I remained calm and told him that I understood his intentions but that I still wanted to help him. I said, “I'm not doing this for myself, and I treasure our meeting. And I don't want you to blame me later for not sharing the information with you now.” He told me to stop talking.
I indeed stopped, but I sent him a message and asked him to read it later. I wrote about the nature of the CCP and the crimes it has committed including the staged Tiananmen Square self-immolation incident. He read the message and changed his attitude immediately. “I believe you!” he said.
I discovered that despite people’s attitudes, many of them still have kind hearts.
Another time, an Internet user cursed at me viciously, using many dirty words and chiding me. He eventually sensed my kindness, however, and sent me three emoji images of “handshakes.” “I believe you! I just wanted to test you,” he said.
I asked him to get rid of his misconceptions about Falun Dafa. He agreed and introduced himself. This reminded me that when we encounter these kinds of people, we should look within ourselves and overlook their negative behavior.
Another Internet user asked me why he should quit the CCP. He wanted me to hurry up, he said, because the Internet access fees were expensive. So I used voice chat to talk to him. In time he forgot about the Internet fee as he listened to me. After a while he said, “I would like to renounce my membership in the Party!”
I have come to understand that when we talk to people in China, we should not be affected by their harsh words and attitudes. We should be kind to them and not let them miss the opportunity they have been waiting for. There are very few bad elements left in other dimensions. As I understand it, as long as we elevate our xinxing, these people will most likely understand our messages and be saved.
I often think about practitioners involved in other projects. Those who clarify the truth at tourist sites must work in all kinds of weather. Those who talk to people at airports sometimes have to stay until late in the evening. When they meet people who are in a hurry, they need to act swiftly to present the proper points. They are often unable to study with the group because of the timing of the projects.
As such, practitioners who clarify the truth via the Internet enjoy exceptional advantages. We can text chat, voice chat, or send audio, video, and anti-censorship software. And we can repeat our messages many times.
There are many Internet users in China who are supportive of Falun Dafa, and some would like to learn the practice. They are waiting to hear from us, and we should cherish and seize the moment!
