Guangdong: Young Students Bombarded with Hate Propaganda

June 04, 2016 |   By a Minghui correspondent in Guangdong Province, China

(Minghui.org) Agents from the 610 Office in Zhanjiang, Guangdong Province, brought promotional information to a middle school and played videos for its teachers and students.

Instead of educational programs, however, they showed propaganda videos attacking Falun Gong, a spiritual practice persecuted by the Chinese communist regime.

At the same time, large propaganda posters were installed around the school. The head of the local 610 Office, Huang Zuhua, organized games for the students based on this "information."

This tactic of inciting hatred among young students is reminiscent of what was done during the Cultural Revolution, when communist authorities organized students to attack their teachers and other intellectuals.

The 610 Office is an extralegal organization established by the Communist Party's central leadership to eradicate Falun Gong. To carry out that task, it was given power over the country's police and judicial systems.

This visit came three weeks after Ms. Wang Danjing, a teacher at the school, was arrested after handing a student information about the Chinese regime's persecution of Falun Gong.

After her April 21 arrest, Ms. Wang was detained in a local drug rehabilitation center, which now functions as a brainwashing center to pressure practitioners of Falun Gong to renounce their faith. Because she refused to do so, the 610 Office twice refused to allow her son to visit her.

In July 2013, Huang Zuhua put Ms. Wang in a brainwashing center for a month, after she told her students about the persecution of Falun Gong. Huang ransacked her home and confiscated her Falun Gong literature and other personal belongings.
