Ms. Zhao Cuixia from Shuangluan District was arrested by officers from the Shuangluan District Domestic Security Division on the morning of April 12, 2016, for suing Jiang Zemin. The officers ransacked her home and confiscated a computer and a printer, among other items. She is being held in the Shuangluan Police Department.

6. [Laizhou City, Shandong Province] Four Practitioners Arrested

Ms. Li Zhiyan, Mr. Zhang Shaoquan, and Ms. Li Rui'e were arrested by officers from the Jincheng Town Police Department on March 28, 2016, for suing Jiang Zemin. Ms. Zhang Yuhua was arrested the following day. The officers confiscated Ms. Zhang's Falun Gong books.

Ms. Jia Naizhi from Shuncheng District was arrested by patrol officers from the Jianshe Police Station in the Wanghua District when she was hanging banners with Falun Gong content between the Xinshengqiao and Guchengzi areas on the evening of April 11, 2016.

Ms. Dong Haiyuan from Gaobeidian City was arrested by officers from the Juncheng Police Station in Gaobeidian City on October 25, 2015. She was tried on the morning of April 13, 2016 at the Qingyuan District Intermediate Court Training Center in Baoding City.

Ms. Cui Aixiu, from Baichihe Town, Zhucheng City, was arrested and taken to the Weifang City Detention Center on March 30, 2016. Family visits have been denied.

Mr. Sun Zhongfa, 71, from Wawo Town, Wafangdian City, was arrested while he was talking to people about Falun Gong on March 28, 2016.

15. [Lingyuan City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Zhou Yafang Held in Liaoning Women's Prison

Ms. Zhou Yafang, from Sandaohezi Township, Lingyuan City, was arrested on November 13, 2014 by officers from the Lingyuan City Domestic Security Division. She was held in the Chaoyang Detention Center. She was sentenced to six years in prison in November 2015, taken to the Liaoning Women's Prison, and has since been held there.

16. [Xiantao City, Hubei Province] Three Practitioners Arrested

Mr. Liu Xiong, Mr. Hu Fengcheng, and Ms. Yang Dongmei were arrested at work by the police on the morning of April 13, 2016. The three practitioners are being held in the Guanghua area of Qianjiang City.

17. [Baoqing County, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Li Guiqin Detained

Ms. Li Guiqin was arrested on April 6, 2016, and detained in the Dongfanghong Forestry Bureau Detention Center for seven days. She was transferred to Baoqing County by officers from the Baoqing County Domestic Security Division on April 13, 2016 for further persecution.

Mr. Yin Guirong, from Shuishiying Residential District, Lushunkou District, was arrested on March 15, 2015. She was sentenced to three years in prison by the Lushunkou District Court. She was taken to the Liaoning Women's Prison on March 1, 2016.

Mr. Hua Lianyou was arrested on April 14, 2016, and taken to a prison.

Mr. Feng Yingzhi was arrested by officers from the Wenxing Police Station on the afternoon of April 13, 2016. She was taken to the Xixi Police Station.

Mr. Liu Changdai was arrested by officers from the Douhutun Police Station at noon on April 6, 2016, and taken to the Liaocheng Detention Center.

27. [Guanghan City, Sichuan Province] Six Practitioners Arrested

Ms. Zhang Chunrong, Ms. Zeng Zhimin, Ms. Zhao Mingju, Ms. Hu Wenhui, Ms. Huang Ruoxiu, and Ma. Zhang Wenju were arrested at around 10:00 a.m. on April 10, 2016, by officers from the Shiquan Town Police Station, when they were telling people about Falun Gong on the streets in Shiquan Town, Deyang City. Ms. Huang Ruoxiu escaped and returned home. Ms. Zhang Wenju was taken home by her family. The whereabouts of the other four practitioners are unknown.

28. [Zaozhuang City, Shandong Province] Mr. Zhang Guangming and Mr. Gao Ping Detained

Ms. Zhang Guangming and Mr. Gao Ping were arrested by officers from the Wenhualu Police Station in Shizhong District on the morning of April 6, 2016. Both practitioners were detained for ten days.

29. [Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Qi Baixia Detained

Ms. Qi Baixia from Fularji District was arrested at work on the morning of April 12, 2016, by officers from the Yanjiang Police Station, for suing Jiang Zemin. The officers confiscated Falun Gong books. She is being held in the Qiqihar City No. 1 Detention Center.

30. [Pingyao County, Shanxi Province] Ms. Li Nan Sentenced to Prison

Ms. Li Nan was arrested on March 9, 2015, and sentenced to one and a half years in prison.

31. [Hefei City, Anhui Province] Ms. Shen Lichun and Ms. Hong Yan Detained

Ms. Shen Lichun from Hefei City and Ms. Hong Yan from Fuyang City were arrested and taken to the Fangmiao Police Station when they were telling people about Falun Gong on the morning of April 13, 2016. Both practitioners were detained.

The Chuanshan District Court held a second trial for Mr. Chen Fengjun on April 14, 2016. He was sentenced to three years in prison and fined 5,000 yuan.

Ms. Yang Congling was recently arrested by officers from the Wuji County Police Department for suing Jiang Zemin.
