1. [Jishishan County, Gansu Province] Mr. Jiao Yongli's Appeal Denied

Mr. Jiao Yonglin of Jishishan County was arrested by police officers from the Yinchuan Police Station for distributing Falun Gong flyers in Yinchuan Village on July 9, 2014. He was put on a secret trial by the Jishishan County Court and sentenced to four years in prison. Mr. Jiao appealed with the Linxia Autonomous Prefecture Middle Court which affirmed the sentence.

2. [Beijing] Mr. Song Xuehua Sentenced to One Year

Mr. Song Xuehua from Miyun County, Beijing, was arrested for distributing Falun Gong fliers on April 8, 2015. He was released on bail on May 9, 2015. He was put on trial on December 28, 2015, and sentenced to a one year term.

3. [Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Yi Xiaoping Arrested

Ms. Yi Xiaoping of Yinyi area, Daqing City was arrested in Qionghai City, Hainan Province on February 3, 2016. She is held in a brainwashing center and forced to read slanderous materials about Falun Gong.

4. [Mengyin County, Shandong Province] Mr. Zhang Libao and Ms. Zhang Guifeng Sentenced to Three Years

Mr. Zhang Libao and Ms. Zhang Guifeng, a couple from Mengyin County, were detained for suing Jiang Zemin, the former Chinese dictator, in June 2015. His family confirmed on February 11, 2016 that the couple was sentenced to three years.

5. [Huainan City, Anhui Province] Mr. Liu Jin and Ms. Li Duofang Sentenced to Three Years

Mr. Liu Jin and Ms. Li Duofang, a couple from Qianmiao Village, Fengtai County, Huinan City, were arrested in August 2015 for suing Jiang Zemin. They are imprisoned in the Huinan Detention Center. They were sentenced to three years.

Ms. Wang Shuying, 60, from the Chaoyang District, Changchun City, was arrested on July 18, 2014. She was sentenced to three years in prison on December 29, 2015 by the Chaoyang District Court. She is incarcerated in the Jilin Province Women's Prison.

7. [Guanghan City, Sichuan Province] Addition Information Regarding Ms. Zeng Lingxiu

Ms. Zeng Lingxiu of Guanghan City was arrested for distributing Falun Gong materials in January 2016 by officers from the Jinlun Police Station. She is imprisoned in the Guanghan Detention Center.

8. [Linquan County, Anhui Province] Ms. Zhuang Liyun Arrested

Ms. Zhuang Liyun, an English teacher from Linquan County, talked about Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance in class in January 2016. A student reported her to the school principle, who then reported her to local police. They arrested Ms. Zhuang and detained her for 10 days in the Fuyang City Detention Center. Then, Zhang Lei, deputy director of the Linquan County Domestic Security Division, took her to the Fuyang City Jail.
