(Minghui.org) More and more Chinese citizens have joined the wave of suing former dictator Jiang Zemin for the brutal persecution he launched in July 1999 against Falun Gong. Many have filed their complaint using their real names, but were harassed or even arrested after they did so.

Employer Refuses to Fire Practitioner

A practitioner filed a complaint against Jiang Zemin using his real name. Officials from the local 610 Office then started to harass him and wanted to take him to the brainwashing center in an attempt to force him to give up his belief.

This practitioner works at a county government office. One day, a staff member from the 610 Office called the director of his office and told him to inform the practitioner to show up at his place at a certain time. But the practitioner didn't go.

The staff person from the 610 Office then called the director and asked, “Why didn't you inform him?”

“I did,” the director replied.

“But why didn't he come?” The 610 official asked.

“I don't know why,” the director answered.

“You should fire him,” the 610 Office official replied angrily.

“Fire him? I would do it if you could show me documentation on this regulation.”

The 610 Office official fell silent and didn't say anything more.

“I Quit the CCP!”

Another practitioner from northern China was taken to the local detention center because he filed his complaint against Jiang Zemin with his real name.

The fourth day after his arrest, his father, mother and wife went to the police department and asked the police to release him. The police refused.

His father then said to the police, “My son is a good person, but he is treated like an enemy. You put the common people on the opposite side of the government. Because of this, I will quit the communist party.” And then he shouted, “Down with the communist party!”

Two days later, this practitioner's father got a phone call from the police and was told that his son had been released.
