1. [Qinhuangdao City, Hebei Province] Mr. Li Kai Suffers Cerebral Hemorrhage Due to Persecution

Mr. Li Kai from Lulong County was arrested at home and secretly sentenced to prison. He was taken to the Jidong Prison in Tangshan early December 2015. He suffered a cerebral hemorrhage on January 14, 2016, fell into a coma, and is being treated in Tangshan Worker's Hospital, guarded by five or six police officers.

2. [Zhaoyuan City, Shandong Province] Four Practitioners Arrested

Mr. Yuan Xijing from Songjia Village in Zhangxing Town was arrested in early January 2016 and detained for several days.

Ms. Han Lianhua from Zhangxing Town was arrested at her own store on the morning of January 16, 2016.

Ms. Cong Jianlan and Ms. Jiang Shufen from Cangkouchenjia Village in Zhangxing Town were arrested on January 23, 2016.

3. [Jidong County, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Mu Arrested

Ms. Mu from the Hongqi Mine at the No. 8510 Farm was arrested by officers from the Hongqi Mine Police Station while telling people about Falun Gong on January 27, 2016. Her whereabouts are unknown.

4. [Lianyungang City, Jiangsu Province] Mr. Hu Baoyu Detained

Mr. Hu Baoyu was arrested by officers from the Xinnan Police Station in the Haizhou District while distributing Falun Gong informational DVDs on January 23, 2016. He is held in the Nancheng Detention Center.

5. [Datong City, Shanxi Province] Mr. Jia Li Arrested

Mr. Jia Li from Xifangcheng Town in Hunyuan County was arrested by local police and Domestic Security Division on January 26, 2016 for suing Jiang Zemin. He was taken to the police station.

6. [Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province] Female Practitioner Xiaoping and Ms. Feng Yan Arrested

A female practitioner Xiaoping and Ms. Feng Yan were arrested around January 22, 2016 after securing the release of other practitioners who had been arrested in Hainan.

7. [Pingyuan County, Shandong Province] Mr. Zhao Honglu Detained

Mr. Zhao Honglu from Nanzhaozhuang Village in Encheng Town was arrested by officers from the county Domestic Security Division on January 26, 2016 for suing Jiang Zemin. He was detained for seven days.

8. [Tianjin] Ms. Cheng Guiying Arrested

Ms. Cheng Guiying was arrested at his home on January 25, 2016.

9. [Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province] Mr. Zhu Zuoliang and Ms. Qian Endi Taken to Prison

A court upheld the original four-year sentences of Mr. Zhu Zuoliang and Ms. Qian Endi during an appeals hearing. Both practitioners were taken to the No. 4 Zhejiang Prison on January 6, 2016.

10. [Tianjin] Mr. Zhai Zhongzhi Arrested

Mr. Zhai Zhongzhi was arrested at a farmers' market by officers from the Xianshuigu Police Station in Jinnan District while distributing Falun Gong informational materials on the afternoon of January 26, 2016.

Mr. Lu Zaizhi and Ms. Zhang Shumin from Hebei District were arrested by officers from Dajiang Road Police Station on January 25, 2016.

Mr. Jiang Quande and his wife from Nong'an County were arrested by officers from the Beijing Street Police Station in the Kuancheng District on January 25, 2016.

13. [Qingdao City, Shandong Province] Ms. Dou Hongxia Sentenced

Ms. Dou Hongxia from the Jiaonan area in the Huangdao District was sentenced to four years in prison. She is incarcerated in Shandong Women's Prison.

14. [Chongqing] Ms. Yu Jizhen and Ms. Su Taken to Brainwashing Center

Ms. Yu Jizhen and Ms. Su from Dianjiang County were arrested by Domestic Security officers in Lanxigudi Residential Community in Shapingba District on January 26, 2016. Both practitioners are held in the Qianzhugou Brainwashing Center in Geleshan Town, Shapingba District.
