Extraordinary Recovery from Years of Illness

February 14, 2016 |   By a practitioner in Shandong Province

(Minghui.org) I had turned into an invalid after I gave birth to my son. Persistent diarrhea bothered me since he was three days old. I went everywhere seeking medical treatment, but nothing ever worked. I was diagnosed with neurosis since the doctor could not find anything wrong with me. I was weak and anemic. I even tried numerous qigong practices and spent a lot of money, but without any improvement.

When I was at the worst of it, I was bedridden. I threw up, even when I drank water. I was so weak, and weighed only 80 lbs.

A Falun Gong practitioner in our village asked me if I wanted to watch Falun Gong lectures in 2007. I agreed. That night, I walked without any difficulty to that practitioner's place. When I saw the three characters “Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance” on the screen, my face was covered with tears. I suddenly realized that Falun Gong teaches these three principles and requires its practitioners to follow them. How wonderful! I immediately knew that the propaganda on television was untrue.

After watching the lectures, I asked for Zhuan Falun, the main book of this cultivation practice, knowing that it was a most precious thing. I began to read, but the words were a blur.

Master said,“Usually, when there are many evil spirits in other dimensions, my fashen will clean them out for you. His room, however, was full of different bad qigong books.” (Zhuan Falun)

I realized that I had to throw out the materials that taught messy qigong practices. After that the words in the book became very clear, and I could read without my reading glasses! I forgot that I was an invalid, and I read and read. I had recovered from all that had made my life miserable, including the diarrhea and neurosis. I finally experienced what it means to be illness free!

I am 73 years old, and healthy and energetic. I can now walk dozens of miles with ease, outdoing even many of the youngsters in the village.
