Ms. Tan Xiufen was arrested by officers from Heilongjiang Provincial Police Department on November 30, 2016. She is held at Jixi City Detention Center.

8. [Tianjin] Mr. Zhang Jian's Whereabouts Unknown

Mr. Zhang Jian was arrested at home on December 7, 2016. The police ransacked his home and confiscated Falun Gong books, two computers, four cell phones, and 20,000 yuan in paper currency printed with messages about the persecution of Falun Gong. He was taken to Hebei Police Department. His whereabouts are unknown.

Ms. Zhou Ying and Ms. Zhang Xiaona were arrested by officers from Zhucaoying Police Station on December 13, 2015. They were recently each sentenced to a three-year prison term and taken to Shijiazhuang Prison on December 1, 2016.
