Officers from the Xinjianglu Police Station broke into Ms. Zhang Guizhi's home on December 7, 2015 and arrested her. She was taken to a detention center. Ms. Zhang appeared to be ill on December 13. She was transferred to the No. 2 Affiliated Hospital at the Qiqihar Medical University. She was released.

The police confiscated Falun Dafa books, a notebook computer, a cell phone, and a music player. He was released that night.
