(Minghui.org) One evening, after sending righteous thoughts, I rode my bicycle down the street, looking for people to talk to about Falun Gong and the persecution. A man was walking toward me on the sidewalk, so I called out to him.
“Have you heard of the movement to quit the Party?” He looked at me and said nothing. He began to turn around.
I thought, “This must be a person who has been poisoned by the CCP. He may be hard to save.” I was about to give up on this man, but I remembered what Master said:
“So if any being misses this predestined opportunity, it might well be that he has lost it forever.” (“Teaching the Fa in the City of Chicago”)
The man said something, but since we were still far apart, I did not hear him. I had stopped pedaling, and my bike fell over on me. The man ran to me and lifted the bike, telling me kindly, “You are talking about protecting my safety, but you should look out for your own safety first.”
I stood up. “Sir, you are such a kind person!” I exclaimed. I took the opportunity to tell him about what Falun Gong is, how Jiang Zemin's propaganda campaign, and how Zhou Yongkang conducted live organ harvesting and sold Falun Gong practitioners' organs for profit. What goes around comes around, I said, so now heaven will eliminate the CCP. Thus, I advised him to withdraw from any CCP organizations with which he was affiliated. He agreed right away.
I gave him a truth clarification DVD. As he took it he said, “When you called me, I did not want to answer you. I was very depressed because my wife just passed away.” I comforted him and told him that reciting “Falun Dafa is good; Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good” will make him feel better.
After I walked for a bit, I looked back. The man was still standing there, watching me. I thanked Master in my heart for arranging our meeting.
One rainy morning, I saw a man at a bus stop. I approached him and asked, “Are you waiting for the bus?” He said he was.
“Then I would like to tell you something good,” I said. “Have you heard of withdrawing from the Party to protect your safety?”
He suddenly became very nervous. “I don't believe it. Get away from me,” he said, backing away. "You are a woman and you talk to a man like myself. What do you want?"
I backed up with my bike. He continued, “Please leave. Do not say these things to me.”
I figured this person could not be saved. Then I remembered Master's words:
“The only thing you have a role in is saving people, and you have nothing to do with using human means and human principles to punish or pronounce judgment on people.” (“Teaching the Fa in the City of Chicago”)
I thought, “Even if I cannot save this person today, I shall let him know the truth.”
“Sir, do I look like a bad person?” I asked. “I don't want anything from you. I only want you to know the truth and to not be cheated by the lies of the CCP.” I started to tell him about the propaganda to stir up hatred for Falun Gong. I also told him how the CCP killed so many Chinese people, from innocent student protesters during the 1989 Tiananmen massacre to Falun Gong practitioner whose organs are sold for profit. “They will pay for their crimes,” I told him.
He came closer. “What you have said is very reasonable. Please forgive me for being rude.” He agreed to quit the CCP, and when I told him to recite “Falun Dafa is good; Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good,” he said that he would remember.
Finally, I offered him a truth-clarification DVD. He did not take it, saying that he did not have a DVD player. I was about to leave, when he called me back, saying, “Please tell me more.” I told him that he already knew the truth, and since I had other arrangements, I had to leave.
One hour later, I passed the same bus stop again on my way home. I saw the man still waiting for his bus. I knew there must be a reason for the delay. I walked toward him, and he greeted me happily and asked if I still had the DVD I had offered. When I said yes, he assured me that he would find a way to play it.
Just as I handed him a DVD, his bus arrived. I knew that Master had arranged another chance for him to get the DVD.
I have met two people who now not only know the truth, but also have helped in spreading the truth.
On one occasion, I saw two workers repairing a road. I approached one of them and began telling him about Falun Gong and the persecution. The other worker saw me talking and came over. “She helps people to quit the CCP. I already quit,” he said to the first worker. “You should do it right away before it's too late. Falun Gong practitioners do this for our own good.” The first worker immediately agreed to quit. One more person was saved.
On another occasion, I was walking around a market. When I started to chat with a man, he said, “I know this. I have already quit the CCP.” I blessed him and continued to walk. When I stopped and started to tell the truth to another person, the first person came to us. “Brother,” he said to the other, “This Falun Gong practitioner is very kind. Please hurry up and quit the CCP. There will only be disaster for you if you continue to follow the CCP. I have already quit.” The second person said right away, “All right, I want to quit too.”
An hour later, as I was clarifying the truth to someone, the first person who knew the truth came again. “Hurry and quit the CCP,” he told the person. “Don't be cheated by the CCP. Quit early and be blessed early. Believing in Falun Gong will give you a good future.” The person I was talking to said, “Yes, I will quit the CCP and have a good future.” He left after taking some extra materials.
I am so happy for those who have understood the truth! As long as we practitioners have the heart to save people, Master will arrange the rest. On the surface, we are saving people, but in fact, it is all done by Master.
