According to this report, 3 Falun Gong practitioners were subjected to mistreatment during their detention, and at least 17 were illegally arrested. Several practitioners seeking to mail letters of complaint regarding Jiang Zemin to the Supreme People's Procuratorate and the Supreme Court have met with obstacles.
Mr. Liu Yue was arrested on August 27, 2015. His whereabouts are unknown.
Ms. Yang Zilian and Mr. Wang Jixiang were arrested at home by officers from Zhaishang Police Station on August 27, 2015. The police ransacked their homes and confiscated two laptop computers, a DVD player, a picture of the founder of Falun Gong, Falun Gong books, and other personal items. They were interrogated at that police station and released that evening.
Ms. Hu Donglan was also arrested on the same day.
Ms. Ma Zhongqin was recently arrested at her parent's home by officers from the Bengbu City 610 Office. The police ransacked her parent's home. Ms. Ma is detained at Bengbu City No. 2 Detention Center.
Mr. Yang Guizhi and Mr. Wang Shengxin were arrested by officers from the Kaiyuan City Domestic Security Division on August 27, 2015, for distributing informational materials about the persecution of Falun Gong. They are detained at Kaiyuan City Detention Center.

Ms. Guan Manhua was arrested by officers from the Mengzhuang Police Station in May 2015, for distributing informational materials about the persecution of Falun Gong. She was sentenced and imprisoned in August.

Ms. Lai Bihua was arrested by officers from the Xinping Town Police Station on August 26, 2015. She is detained at Xinjin County Detention Center.
Mr. Wu Yinghao and Ms. Deng Xiuying were arrested at home by officers including Suo Guoyong from the Bazhou District Domestic Security Division on August 27, 2015. The police confiscated computers, printers, and other personal items. Mr. Wu and Ms. Deng were taken to the Bazhou District Police Department.
Ms. Deng was released the next morning and Mr. Wu was taken to the Bazhong City Detention Center.

Mr. Cheng Yanfang and his wife Ms. Dong Xiu'e were arrested at home by officers from the Longquan Police Station on September 1, 2015.

Mr. Hu Kean was arrested on September 1, 2015, for suing the Chinese dictator Jiang Zemin. Ms. Xu Manru was arrested on September 2, 2015.
Ms. Fang Ping, Ms. Tao Yue'e, and Mr. Fang Hong were arrested by officers from the Domestic Security Division on August 28, 2015. The police confiscated computers, printers, and other personal items.
Ms. Luo Kaibi, 73, was arrested by officers from the Dingjia Police Station on August 29, 2015, for distributing informational materials about the persecution of Falun Gong. The police ransacked her home. She was taken to Bishan Detention Center and then released that evening because the center refused to accept her.
Mr. Hu Wenkui, 32, was arrested on April 2, 2015, for talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong. He was tried and sentenced to a three-year prison term by Taojiang County Procuratorate on July 23. He is imprisoned at Wangling Prison
