1. [Zibo City, Shandong Province] Mr. Song Mugang Detained For Suing Jiang Zemin

Mr. Song Mugang, from the West Tonggu Village, Taihe Town, Zichuan District, mailed his lawsuit against Jiang Zemin to the Supreme People's Procuratorate on July 31, 2015. He was arrested by officers from the Zichuan District Police Department, the Domestic Security Division, and the Taihe Town Police Station. The officers took him to the Zibo City Detention Center.

2. [Linyi City, Shandong Province] Ms. Song Fangxia and Ms. Li Hui Arrested

Ms. Song Fangxia and Ms. Li Hui, from the Jiuqudian Village, Hedong District, were arrested for distributing Falun Gong informational materials on August 3, 2015. The police confiscated a notebook computer and three printers.

3. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Cao Qicai Arrested

Mr. Cao Qicai, from the Wujia Town, Shuangcheng District, was arrested at home by officers from the Wujia Town Police Station on August 3, 2015.

4. [Weifang City, Shandong Province] Mr. Yin Kaikui Verdict Upheld by Intermediate Court

Mr. Yin Kaikui from Linqu County was sentenced to four years in prison. The Weifang City Intermediate Court upheld the original verdict. Mr. Yin was taken to the Jinan Prison on July 23, 2015.

5. [Wuzhong City, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region] Ms. Ding Guanglan Whereabouts Unknown

Ms. Ding Guanglan, a retired worker from the Wuzhong City Material and Machinery Factory, was arrested for telling people about Falun Gong on July 28, 2015. Her whereabouts is unknown.

6. [Qingdao City, Shandong Province] Ms. Zhang Kemin Arrested

Dai Yugang and Du Ruihua, from the Pingdu City 610 Office and officers from the Wanjia Police Station broke into Ms. Zhang Kemin's home and ransacked it on the afternoon of August 3, 2015. They confiscated a computer, printer, and Falun Dafa books. They took Ms. Zhang to the Wanjia Police Station.

7. [Huaibin County, Henan Province] Ms. Yu Zhongfang Whereabouts Unknown

Ms. Yu Zhongfang, 68, from Xuwei Village, Gudui Township, was arrested by officers from the county 610 Office on August 3, 2015. Her whereabouts is unknown.

8. [Shenbei New Area, Liaoning Province] Ms. Dong Huidi Handcuffed and Chained in Prison Hospital

Ms. Dong Huidi, from the Magang Township, was held in the Shenyang No. 1 Prison. She was tortured and had to be hospitalized. She is in the prison hospital and handcuffed. Her feet are chained to rings. The prison officials extorted 3,000 yuan from her family.

9. [Yantai City, Shandong Province] Ms. Yang Huiping Arrested

Ms. Yang Huiping was arrested by officers from the West Street Police Station in the Zhifu District on August 3, 2015.

10. [Weiyuan County, Sichuan Province] Three Practitioners Sentenced to Prison

The Weiyuan County Court held a fourth hearing against three practitioners on August 3, 2015. Mr. Liu Jianping was sentenced to an eight-year prison term, and Mr. Huang Shengkui and Ms. Liu Cuirong each to five years in prison.

11. [Kaifeng City, Henan Province] Ms. Zhao Zhongying and Mr. Liu Kairong Detained

Ms. Zhao Zhongying and Mr. Liu Kairong, from Fo Village, Gaoyang Township, Qi County, went to Zhusha Town, Tongxu County to distribute Falun Gong informational materials on July 25, 2015. Both practitioners were arrested by Ma Zhongbin and other officers from the Zhusha Town Police Station. They were taken to the Kaifeng City Detention Center. Police extorted 30,000 yuan from Mr. Liu's family.
