A Kind-hearted Woman Helps Her Fellow Chinese Citizens to Quit the Party

July 25, 2015 |   By a practitioner in China

(Minghui.org) A local woman in her 50s with little education does really well telling people about Falun Gong and the persecution it faces under the communist regime in China today. She makes a point of advising her fellow Chinese citizens to renounce their memberships in the Party, believing that they will bring themselves brighter futures by doing so.

One day, she gave me a list of names of people who wanted to renounce their Party memberships and told me the following.

“Please Help Us to Withdraw from the Party”

While talking to people one day, she met someone who did not believe what she said and refused to withdraw from the Party. He also said some bad words.

She thought about how to talk to the man, when a young person nearby spoke up. “She is an old woman,” he said, “And she rode here on her bike to save us. Why won’t you listen to such a good person? The Party slanders and persecutes Falun Gong, yet Falun Gong saves people.” The young person then turned to the practitioner. “Both of us are Party members. Please help us to withdraw from the Party!”

The man who had just bad mouthed the woman immediately changed his attitude and asked her to also help him withdraw from the Party.

While the practitioner took the names of these people, another young man spoke up. “Please help me withdraw too. Please help me.”

He asked the practitioner three times in a row, as if he was pleading. She replied, “Don’t worry young man. I will help you right away.”

After she wrote the last name down, she said to them all, “Please remember 'Falun Dafa is good, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good'!” They all nodded in agreement.

My Nephew's Announcement

My nephew was a police officer. He retired from the armed police and was assigned to the Municipal Police Department as a regular officer. He later resigned, opened a restaurant and leased 500 acres of land on a mountain slope to start a farm.

After the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party was published and people started to withdraw their membership from the Party, I asked him to withdraw from the Party. I could tell from his facial expression that he was reluctant, but he went ahead and quit the Party, although I felt he did so just to spare my feelings.

Later, the local government official in charge of Party membership asked him about his membership and my nephew proudly announced, “I have quit the Party!”

People nearby were shocked to hear him say this, and the official pretended not to hear him. He asked my nephew again. My nephew replied again, “I quit the Party.” “I am not a Party member anymore!”

The official then asked, “What do you want to do about your relationship with the Party?”

“Do whatever you want,” he replied, and then walked away.

My nephew told me about this at a family dinner. The whole family toasted to congratulate him.

Taxi Driver Finally Finds Way to Quit the Party

A few days ago, I went to apply for my property ownership certificate. The staff in the office there told me to bring my household registration and the notice they sent me. However, when I arrived at the office, they also asked for a copy of my marriage certificate.

I had to go back home to get it, and then find somewhere to make copies. In all, I took three taxi trips that day, going from one place to another.

In each taxi, I told the driver about Falun Gong and withdrawing from the CCP. Each driver smiled and told me that they had already withdrawn.

After I had handed in all of the required documents, I left for home.

Soon my phone rang, and a person in the office told me that I had left my property purchase contract at their front desk. So I had to call another taxi to go back to the office.

As soon as I got into the taxi, before I could speak, the driver started cursing the CCP for doing bad things and only bringing harm to people. I took the opportunity to advise him to withdraw from the CCP and its affiliated organizations.

“I joined the Party, the Youth League and the Young Pioneers,” he said. “I have wanted to make a clean break from them for a long time but haven't found a way to do it. So this is excellent news—please help me withdraw!”
