(Minghui.org) The 610 Office in Hebei Province panicked when Minghui recently published Shenzhou City Falun Gong practitioners' criminal complaints against Jiang Zemin. Meetings were held at every level of the agency and they ordered the local judicial administrators to investigate the complaints.
On June 24, 2015, the Judicial Administrative Stations of Dadi Township, Yuke Township and Dong'anzhuang Village of Shenzhou sent investigators to question Falun Gong practitioners. The investigations gave practitioners an opportunity to tell the investigators about Jiang's crimes and further explain why they are bringing Jiang to justice. The following are some of their conversations.
Investigator: “Do you know Falun Gong is suing Jiang Zemin?”
Practitioner A: “Yes.”
Investigator: “Are you one of those who wrote a criminal complaint?”
Practitioner A: “Yes. Jiang is responsible for the death of so many Falun Gong practitioners. It's time to bring him to justice.”
Investigator: “Just verify what you said, by signing here.”
Practitioner A: “I won't.”
Investigator: “I don't have any more questions. That's all.”
Investigator: “Did you write a criminal complaint?”
Practitioner B: “Yes, I filed a complaint against Jiang. Let me explain why. I used to have many illnesses before I practiced Falun Gong. All my illnesses disappeared shortly after I started practicing. My husband was so amazed that he also started practicing. When I had heart disease, kidney disease and neurosis, I couldn't take care of my child when she needed me. My ten-year-old had to cook for me. Falun Gong saved me and my family. Yes, I'm suing Jiang for persecuting Falun Gong.”
Investigator: “Did anyone specifically ask you to file a complaint against Jiang?”
Practitioner B: “No.”
Investigator: “How did you know about it then?”
Practitioner B: “I felt it was the time to bring him to justice. I filed the complaint against him of my own free will. I always thought it was wrong when he launched the persecution in 1999. I went to appeal at the government offices, but no one cared. The government even arrested us for appealing.”
The investigators turned to Practitioner B's husband: “Write down who contacted you.”
Husband: “I will not. There is no way I will work with you.”
Practitioner B: “You have been in contact with us for years. You should know that we don't mistreat others even if they mistreat us. You have arrested us and abused us for years. An ordinary person would certainly retaliate. But we haven't.”
The investigators nodded in agreement.
Practitioner B: “Now, Zhou Yongkang has been thrown into prison. You need to leave yourselves an opening to escape. Find out more about Falun Gong. Our teacher said, 'Learning the truth is the hope of salvation.' I wish you a bright future.”
The investigators left, smiling.
Investigator: “Do you know that your name is on the Minghui website?”
Practitioner C: “I know. Since you are here, let me tell you how Jiang Zemin persecuted us. Falun Gong teaches Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance. Jiang's persecution of Falun Gong is a violation of the Constitution. He utilized different levels of the Communist Party, killed so many Falun Gong practitioners, and even harvested their organs when they were alive. You carried out his orders. You are his assistants as well as the victims of the persecution. Even Xi Jinping (current head of the Communist Party) wouldn't want to carry his bloody debt. Don't follow Jiang any more. Open your eyes and see right from wrong. Choose a good future for yourselves.”
The investigators lowered their heads and listened silently. Practitioner C further told them about how Falun Gong is embraced around the world, then talked about the karmic retribution that local persecutors have received, and advised them to hurry up and save themselves by quitting the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). The investigators were amazed and moved by these facts.
Practitioner C: “I have a copy of software to circumvent the CCP's Internet blockade that I'd like to give you. You will find more information from Minghui through this website.” The investigators eagerly took a copy of the software.
Investigator: “You are one of those who sued Jiang Zemin. You have to sign here.”
Practitioner D: “Sorry! I won't.”
The investigators left.
Practitioner D later visited his village officials, and asked, “Why did you ask me to sign? We Falun Gong practitioners are citizens. You know it. I used to be very sickly and had a bad temper. Practicing Falun Gong made me healthy and kind. What's wrong with that?”
The officials all agreed with practitioner D.
Practitioner D: “But Jiang Zemin chose to persecute us good people. Heaven won't tolerate it. We are simply filing complaints against him according to Chinese law. What's wrong with that? Jiang Zemin is dragging you down with his crimes. You should sue him too.”
The officials agreed, repeatedly saying, “Yes, we should!”
