June 02, 2015 |   By a Minghui correspondent from Hubei Province, China

(Minghui.org) Ms. Sun Yinhua, 47, a Falun Gong practitioner from Huanggang City, Hubei Province, was arrested at around 11:00 a.m. on May 11, 2015 by captain Wan Huiya, deputy captain Du Jian, and several officers from the Huangzhou District Domestic Security Division. She is being detained at the Hubei Province Brainwashing Center.

The police ransacked her home and confiscated a computer, media players, Falun Gong books, and other personal belongings. Ms. Sun’s son tried to defend his mother, and told the police that his mother was a good person, so that they would not arrest her. The police told him that they would also arrest him if he were a practitioner.

Ms. Sun went on a hunger strike to protest her arrest and detention. The guards force-fed her, and two collaborators monitored her. They were paid 150 yuan per day, which was extorted from Ms. Sun's village.

Ms. Sun was arrested and detained many times since the onset of the persecution of Falun Gong began in July 1999, and her husband divorced her many years ago.
