(Minghui.org) I am in charge of recruiting for my company along with other human resources functions, a firm with over 500 employees. Since I interact with a lot of people at my work, the environment has offered me many opportunities to help them beyond succeeding in their professions.
I designed a “political affiliation” field in the employment application form. For those who have written that they were members of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), I often tell them, “The Party is so corrupt and has done many bad things to the Chinese people. What goes around comes around. We don't want to bear its cross if we haven't done any bad deeds. Let's quit the Party to avoid going down with it!”
Most people agreed to quit the Party. They appreciated the option to be able to renounce their Party membership, and gave me good feedback for my work.
I once told a woman the facts about the 16 years of persecution of Falun Gong, and the benefit of quitting the Party to avoid being held accountable for its crimes. She thanked me sincerely and said, “You have given me such valuable information. How can I return the favor?” She insisted on taking me out to lunch.
At job fairs, our booth often receives more visitors than others. Our neighbor at the fair once asked, “We are hiring for similar jobs, but why don't we have any applicants and you have so many?”
She didn't know the reason, but I knew: I'm a one-man quitting-the-CCP service center. Of course, visitors flocked to my booth. On a deeper level, they yearn to learn the truth and choose a better future for themselves.
