Ms. Dong Deqin and Ms. Zhang Fuling from Shuanglong Village in Wutai Township were arrested by officers from the Dehui Police Department on November 24, 2015. Both practitioners were detained for five days.

3. [Yueyang City, Hunan Province] Ms. Cai Guijiao Arrested

Ms. Cai Guijiao, 65, from the No. 6 Group in Tuanbei Village, Caisanghu Town, Junshan District, and Ms. Yan Congxi from Huarong County were arrested when they were telling people about Falun Gong on November 18, 2015. Ms. Yan went on hunger strike and was released. Ms. Cai remains in custody. Her whereabouts are unknown.

4. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Mr. Yuan Feng Arrested Again

Mr. Yuan Feng's mother Ms. Xu Guolian has been persecuted to death. He has filed a lawsuit against Jiang Zemin to redress the grievances for his mother. Officers from the Gedian Economic and Technological Development Zone Police Department arrested him on November 3, 2015. He was detained for 10 days. The officers confiscated a cellphone, a watch worth a thousand yuan, and a computer.

On November 17, Mr. Yuan went to the police department and asked them to return his cellphone. He was again arrested. The police took him to the Hubei Province Legal Education Center, which is a brainwashing center.

5. [Tianjin] Ms. Shi Yufang and Mr. Li Xiping Arrested

Officers from the Gegu Town Police Station in the Jinnan District broke into Ms. Shi Yufang's home on the morning of November 23, 2015, and arrested her. They also arrested Mr. Li Xiping at noon on November 12, 2015.

6. [Linquan County, Anhui Province] Mr. Li Hongfei Harassed

Sun Ke, director from the Yangqiao Town Police Station; Sun Chao, political head; and two other officers went to Mr. Li Hongfei's workplace to harass him on the morning of November 20, 2015, for suing Jiang Zemin. They ransacked Mr. Li's home, and took photos and made sound recordings. Mr. Li was interrogated.

7. [Beijing] Mr. Sun Deli Detained

Mr. Sun Deli from the Shunyi District was arrested at home by officers from the Lisui Town Police Station on the morning of November 20, 2015, for suing Jiang Zemin. He was taken to the police station for interrogation by Shunyi Domestic Security officers. His home was ransacked. The officers took him to the Nihe Detention Center in the Shunyi District that night.

8. [Jiamusi City, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Cao Hongshuang's Family Harassed

Officers from the Bei'an City Police Department and the Domestic Security Division went to the Baowei Police Station in Jiamusi City on September 11, 2015. They planned to arrest Mr. Cao Hongshuang, but he escaped.

On November 10, 2015, Bei'an City Police Department officers went to Jiamusi City again to look for Mr. Cao at his mother's home. They took photos of the place and threatened the family. Afterward they went to where Mr. Cao worked.

They forced Mr. Cao's elder sister Ms. Cao Hongyan to unlock his door and they ransacked the place. They took photos of the inside of Mr. Cao's home and took Ms. Cao to the police station. She was held for three hours and released after signing paperwork.

9. [Xintai City, Shandong Province] Ms. Tian Lili Harassed

Ms. Tian Lili, 43, a teacher with the No. 2 Central Primary School in Quangou Town, was harassed by officers from the Xintai City Domestic Security Division on November 19, 2015. They brought the lawsuit Ms. Tian filed against Jiang Zemin to the school for verification and told Ms. Tian to sign the transcript of the questions they asked.

10. [Tai'an City, Shandong Province] Ms. Gao Xiangyun Arrested

Ms. Gao Xiangyun, in her 60s, was arrested by Daizongfang Police Station officers in the Taishan District on the afternoon of November 20, 2015, for telling people about Falun Gong and distributing Falun Gong informational DVDs. She was taken to the Tai'an City Detention Center. She was released after they drew her blood.

Four officers from the police station ransacked Ms. Gao's home and confiscated several amulets on November 23, 2015.

11. [Jintang County, Sichuan Province] Ms. Li Zhurong Arrested

Ms. Li Zhurong was dragged to the Chengxiang Police Station on the morning of November 19, 2015, for distributing Falun Gong calendars. Officers from the Chengxiang and the Yangliu Police Stations ransacked her home that afternoon. They confiscated Falun Dafa books, photos of the founder of the Falun Gong, and a music player. They took Ms. Li to the Qingbaijiang Detention Center, which refused to admit her for health reasons. She was released at 11 p.m. that night.

12. [Yichun City, Heilongjiang Province] Several Practitioners Arrested

Ms. Fang Zhizhen, Ms. Wang Yuying, Ms. Fu Yanhua, and Ms. Li Cuiling from the Wumahe District were arrested on November 12, 2015, for distributing Falun Gong desk calendars. The police confiscated the calenders.

Zhang Hu, head of the Yichuan City 610 Office, and several other officers from the police station broke into Mr. Xu Qingsong's home and arrested him on the evening of November 23, 2015. They forced Mr. Xu to drive his car to the police department. He was detained in the Yichun Detention Center for 10 days.

Mr. Zhou Guishan from the Tangwanghe District was arrested on the morning of November 23, 2015.

13. [Rizhao City, Shandong Province] Ms. Wang Lili Arrested

Ms. Wang Lili was arrested by the 610 Office on November 24, 2015, for suing Jiang Zemin.

14. [Zaozhuang City, Shandong Province] Mr. Liu Han Detained

Mr. Liu Han from the Xuecheng District was arrested at work by officers from the Xinhua Police Station in the Xuecheng District on the morning of November 24, 2015. He is detained in the Xuecheng District Detention Center.

15. [Panjin City, Liaoning Province] Six Practitioners Detained

Ms. Liu Guiling, Ms. Liu Benling, Ms. Liu Hong, Mr. Xu Xianghua, Mr. Zhou Weili, and Ms. Li Mei were arrested on November 12 and 13, 2015. They are now in the Panjin City Detention Center. About 60 to 70 practitioners are being held in that detention center.

16. [Oroqen Autonomous Banner, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region] Six Practitioners Arrested

Mr. Cao Jihai and five other practitioners from Dayangshu Town were arrested between November 17 and November 23, 2015, for suing Jiang Zemin.

17. [Hefei City, Anhui Province] Ms. Hu Shiying Arrested

Four officers from the Shushan District Police Department and the Nanqi Police Station showed up at Ms. Hu Shiying's home to ransack it on the morning of November 13, 2015. Ms. Hu, in her 70s, stopped them. The officers took her to the police station. She was released that afternoon.

18. [Yilan County, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Wu Tieqiang Detained

Dalianhe Town Police Station officers arrested Mr. Wu Tieqiang at work on November 24, 2015, for suing Jiang Zemin. Mr. Wu was taken to the Yilan County Detention Center. The officers also arrested four elderly people, who were released after the police collected a fine of 1,000 yuan.

20. [Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Yuan Gensheng Detained

Mr. Yuan Gensheng from the Dengfengjiayuan Community was arrested at work on November 2, 2015, for suing Jiang Zemin. He is detained in the Daqing City No. 2 Detention Center.

21. [Laizhou City, Shandong Province] Two Practitioners Detained

Ms. Wang Juting, Ms. Feng Shujie, and Ms. Wu Tianxiang from Yidao Town were arrested by the Laizhou City 610 Office on November 25, 2015, for telling people about Falun Gong. The officers took them to a hospital to be examined that day. Ms. Wu was released on account of high blood pressure. Ms. Wang and Ms. Feng were detained.

22. [Zaozhuang City, Shandong Province] Ms. Qi Yumei Arrested

Ms. Qi Yumei was arrested at a store on November 25, 2015, for suing Jiang Zemin.

Ms. Wang Junrui, 57, was arrested and taken to the Shizuishan City Detention Center by officers from the Dawukou Police Department on November 24, 2015.

Ms. Yang Yurong was arrested at work on November 25, 2015.

25. [Beijing] Ms. Hao Min's Home Ransacked

Ms. Hao Min's home was ransacked on November 24, 2015.

26. [Dongying City, Shandong Province] Mr. Ren Haiting on Hunger Strike

Mr. Ren Haiting of the Shengli Oilfield Computer Center was arrested and taken to the Binhai Detention Center by local Domestic Security Division officers on November 24, 2015. Mr. Ren went on a hunger strike to protest the persecution.

27. [Bin County, Heilongjiang Province] Two Practitioners Taken into Custody

Mr. Wang Zhaohui and Mr. Zhang Guilin were arrested and taken to the police station on the morning of November 25. It was reported that they were arrested for filing lawsuits against Jiang Zemin. Both practitioners are now in the Shengli Town Police Station.

Ms. Shang Sibin with the Shengjian Group in the Shengli Oilfield was arrested by officers from the Bindong Domestic Security Division on November 24, 2015. Her home was ransacked. She was taken to the Binhai Detention Center, where she was denied admission for health reasons. She has returned home.

30. [Dongying City, Shandong Province] Mr. Li Bing Arrested

Mr. Li Bing was arrested on November 24, 2015, for suing Jiang Zemin.

31. [Zibo City, Shandong Province] Mr. Zhao Chengzhong and Ms. Hu Lili Detained

Mr. Zhao Chengzhong and Ms. Hu Lili from the Zhangdian District were arrested on November 3, 2015. Both have been held in the Fujia Detention Center in the Zhangdian District for over 20 days.

33. [Linwu County, Hunan Province] Ms. Deng Jinyue's Home Ransacked

Seven or eight Domestic Security Division officers in Linwu County broke into Ms. Deng Jinyu's home and ransacked it on the morning of November 24, 2015. They confiscated all her Falun Dafa books. Ms. Deng was not at home, so the officers took her husband Mr. Kuang Sichun to the police department for interrogation. The police held him until that afternoon before releasing him.

Ms. Lu Shouqi with the Shengli Oilfield Supplies Department was arrested at work by officers from the Bindong Domestic Security Division on November 19, 2015, for suing Jiang Zemin. She was detained in the Binhai Detention Center for five days. Ms. Lu went on a hunger strike, and blood appeared in her urine. The detention center officials were worried that they would be held responsible if her health deteriorated. They released her on November 22, 2015.
