(Minghui.org) “I like these paintings very much. The painters are great artists. I have visited China, and I thought China was developed. But I did not know about the persecution of Falun Gong or the live organ harvesting taking place there,” said a gentleman from Egypt after viewing the Art of Zhen, Shan, Ren International Exhibition held in Kiev, Ukraine, from August 1 to 20, 2014.
The man and his wife listened as a guide talked about a painting depicting the Chinese Communist Party's live organ harvesting and were shocked. The man exclaimed, “It's true! There was an advertisement about Chinese organ transplants on a website in Egypt. It promoted organs from China and claimed suitable donors would be found within a very short time.”
His wife Diana said, “These paintings reveal shocking events. We have not paid attention to the issues in China. It seems so far away. What we see and hear today are unexpected, but we do not doubt that they are occurring in China. Unfortunately, due to the communist propaganda, many people still think China is a happy place.
"This exhibition shows us the true China. The brutal communist regime persecutes people, and many have died for their beliefs. Knowing the current issues in China, we can continue to pay attention to how they develop. We hope that the persecution of Falun Gong can be stopped as soon as possible and that China can become a free country.”
The former head of an art college said, “I've held exhibitions in Kiev, Moscow, Berlin, and other cities. But the skills of the artists in this exhibition are stunning. They are truly exceptional.”
Psychologist Kuznetsova, who has published more than 40 books and journal articles, said about the paintings, “What these artists describe in their paintings appears real. The paintings seem to have energy and help to educate us. They are spiritual and inspiring.”
Kiev resident Lana Slavin commended the exhibition with a poem: “A wish for the world to be peaceful and kind. From the paintings, we learn about the truth, stoicism, wisdom, and grace. From the paintings we feel peace and love.”
According to the exhibition staff, the viewers included local residents and visitors from Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Egypt, Russia, and Africa. Many viewers signed the guest book to support Falun Gong and condemn the Communist Party's crime of live organ harvesting.
