(Minghui.org) Czech practitioners held activities on July 5-6, 2014, during the 49th Karlovy Vary International Film Festival held in Karlovy Vary, Czech Republic. The festival is one of the oldest in the world, being first launched in 1946, and is the most prestigious international film festival in Central and Eastern Europe.

The practitioners handed out information about Falun Gong to people who were participating in the grand event, and to passersby, and told them about Falun Gong's tremendous ability to improve physical and mental health. They also demonstrated the Falun Gong exercises.

They raised awareness about the brutal persecution of Falun Gong by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) in China, in particular, the regime's state-sanctioned crimes of forced organ harvesting from living Falun Gong practitioners.

Many people accepted flyers, and some talked with practitioners to learn more about the persecution. After they understood the true situation, many people signed a petition to express their support for the practitioners' efforts to end the persecution, particularly the heinous atrocities of forced organ harvesting for profit.

The practitioners also called for bringing to justice the main perpetrators involved in the persecution. Some people expressed their wish to learn the practice.
