1. [Jurong City, Jiangsu Province] Three Practitioners Arrested

Ms. Zhang Ailian, in her 40s, Ms. Jing Peixia, in her 60s, and Ms. Han, in her 70s, were arrested by officers in the area of Gexianhu Park on the morning of May 2, 2014. Ms. Jing and Ms. Han were released on May 6, and Ms. Zhang is being held at the Zhenjiang Detention Center.

Mr. Zhang Dejian was arrested while on his way to a market and taken to the Guanghan Detention Center by plainclothes officers from the Guanghan City Domestic Security Division in early May 2014.

Mr. Wang Dong, 68, was arrested by officers from the Gaoxin District Police Station and the Xian City 610 Office on April 20, 2014.

Mr. Fu Guoqi was arrested at work by officers from the Wuchang District Shuiguohujie General Managing Office, the Wuchang District General Managing Office, and the 610 Office on April 28, 2014. He was taken to the Wuchang District Yangyuan Brainwashing Center.

5. [Xian City, Shaanxi Province] Ms. Kou Qiaoyun Arrested

Ms. Kou Qiaoyun was arrested at home by officers from the Lianhu District Zaoyuanlu Police Station on April 25, 2014.

6. [Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province] Ms. Yan Mingxia Detained

Ms. Yan Mingxia was arrested by officers from the Liwan District Chenjiaci Police Station on May 2, 2014, for distributing Shen Yun Performing Arts DVDs. She is being held at the Guangzhou City Liwan Detention Center.

Ms. Yu Yingjie and Ms. Yang Lihui were transferred from the No. 3 Detention Center to a Women's Prison on May 5, 2014.

11. [Shanghai] Ms. Wang Xiusheng Arrested

Ms. Wang Xiusheng was arrested on April 29, 2014.

12. [Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province] Two Practitioners Arrested

Ms. Lu Fengjin and another practitioner were arrested on the afternoon of May 6, 2014, for distributing information about the persecution of Falun Gong. She is being held at the Chaoyang Police Station in Kunshan City and the other practitioner was released that evening.

13. [Dezhou City, Shandong Province] Ms. Pang Haifeng Detained

Ms. Pang Haifeng, in her 60s, went to the Kaifa District Taiyanggu area to work with her husband on April 30, 2014. She was arrested for distributing Falun Gong truth-clarifying materials during breaks. The police ransacked her home and confiscated approximately 2,000 yuan, truth-clarifying disks, and a computer. She is being held at the Dezhou City Detention Center.

Ms. Zheng Baoling, the head nurse of the diabetes section in the No. 3 Hospital, Shijiazhuang City, took a job training course in Beijing. She was arrested by Beijing police on April 25, 2014, for posting information about the persecution of Falun Gong. She was held for 15 days.

15. [Chongqing] Three Practitioners Arrested

Mr. Peng Shigui was put on trial for the second time by the Shapingba District Court on the morning of May 7, 2014. During the trial, a dozen practitioners sent forth righteous thoughts outside the court building. Among them, Ms. Zeng Zhijun, 80, Ms. Lou Piping, 61, and Ms. Xiong Yinsu, in her 70s, were arrested.

16. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Mrs. Zhou Jinba Detained

Mrs. Zhou Jinba was arrested by officers from the Pengzhou City Domestic Security Division, the Zhihe Town 610 Office, and the Guangming Police Station on the morning of April 22, 2014. The police ransacked her home and confiscated a picture of the founder of Falun Gong, Falun Gong books and informational materials. She was taken to the Pengzhou City Detention Center and held for 15 days.

17. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Mr. She Yue Sentenced

Mr. She Yue was secretly tried by the Zhongshan Court on April 15, 2014, and was sentenced to a six-year prison term by judge Liang Yongguo on May 7, 2014.

18. [Urumqi City, Xinjiang Province] Ms. Bai Yun and Ms. Bai Yi Detained

Ms. Bai Yun and her sister Ms. Bai Yi were recently arrested and are being held at the Shuimogou District Liudaowan Women's Detention Center.

Ms. Wu, 80, along with her husband who is not a practitioner, were arrested and taken to a brainwashing center on the morning of May 7, 2014.

21. [Anyang City, Henan Province] Ms. Sang Shunyun Detained

Ms. Sang Shunyun was arrested by Beiguan Police Station officers in late March 2014, for distributing information about the persecution of Falun Gong on Beiguang Street and in the area of the Anyang City Railway Station. She is being held at the Anyang City Detention Center.
